Kestrel was created by the former founders of SkyVerge, one of the largest WooCommerce extension developers (acquired by GoDaddy in 2020). We’re birds of a feather who just really like cheesy puns.

We’ve worked with WooCommerce since version 1.4, and are some of the top contributors to the open source project — we’ve made significant contributions like the original REST APIs, webhooks, unit testing, timezone handling, and more!

Our team is now growing as we build & acquire more plugins, with the goal of helping online store owners bring their dreams into reality — helping them sell their way, no compromises.

For plugins purchased directly from our website or WooCommerce.com, we offer support while your license is active. We aim to reply within one business day. We may ask you to help us rule out conflicts by allowing us to use a staging site for troubleshooting; if we can’t reproduce an issue, we can’t really fix it!

Once we can reproduce what’s going awry, we will do our best to point to a resolution: if it can be fixed in our plugin, we’ll do so. If we find that there’s a conflicting plugin at fault, we try to work directly with its developer or share details with you on what’s going wrong, so you can request a fix as well.
