7 1/2 years ago I lost my mom suddenly and it was very hard on my family. I cannot imagine what the Decareaux family are going through right now having lost 3 family members at the same time! It breaks my heart just thinking about it! I know first hand how hard death can be on a family financially and know that every little bit helps. Seeing Jenni James' post about the memorial fund raffle got me thinking back to when I lost my mom. We had so many people willing to help us out that I cannot even think about NOT paying it forward and helping the Decareaux Family in their time of need.

Let's Get This Thing Going Again!!

Holy crow Batman!! Once again it has been WAY too long since I have posted to my blog!! I really need to get back into the habit of updating it. This journey called life has been exactly that... a journey!! So much has happened that I have no clue where to even begin!!

*sigh*

I'm thinking I'm going to need a day or two to figure out where to start and to compose some posts. So for now just know that... I'LL BE BACK!! And I promise not to go TOO crazy with the posts. ;o) Hehe.

Books!! Books!! Books!! Part 2!!

Holy crow!! I can't believe it has been an ENTIRE YEAR since I have blogged ANYTHING!! Craziness!!

Well... seems how the last post was about books I thought I would do an update for that!! I have actually read a TON of new books since then!! I ended up joining www.goodreads.com and it was an excellent choice on my part!! So... whoever referred me to there... THANK YOU!! YOU ROCK!! (I can't remember off the top of my head so I'm sorry!!) Oh! And if you are "following" me and have an account... ADD ME!! :o)

So... I have to give LOTS of credit to my Aunt Shari... she has given me SO many book choices and has helped me find LOTS of new favorite books!!

Currently my favorite author is Marcia Lynn McClure. LOVE her!! I have a few favorites of hers but my absolute favorite has got to be Kissing Cousins!! I could NOT put that book down!! If you decide to read it I will give you the same suggestion my aunt gave me... read it when you don't have anything going on at all!! I started mine on a weekend and I was up ALL night reading it!! I actually wanted to read it again but she told me I couldn't! LOL. I had to read a few other ones before I went back to reading that one for the second time. *sigh* I was bummed! But the other books I moved on to were pretty good too!! Not as good as Kissing Cousins but pretty close.

Which brings me to another author my aunt introduced me too! Sarah M. Eden. She has 3 books out and I bought them all... sight unseen! LOVED them! I recommend her too!! I can't really choose which one is my favorite because I like them all and can't wait to read them again!! :o)

Another one that I started reading was Richelle Mead. Some of her books are a little too much for me but other ones are pretty good.

I have been reading others as well... Nicholas Sparks... Michael Scott... Karen Kingsbury... Prudence Bice... and a few others I can't think of. A lot of them I have purchased but others it's only a one time read and so I have been using the library a lot!

If anyone has any other suggestions... send them my way!! Reading has become my getaway from reality... I LOVE IT!!

Books!! Books!! Books!!

So I am in need of some suggestions on books!! I have recently been expanding my horizons and branching out. I'm not just reading Anita Stansfield anymore. Don't get me wrong... I still LOVE her books!! She's amazing!!

But I've been introduced to other authors and books. I recently added Stephenie Meyer to my collection. Loved the Twilight Series and The Host!! I've also been reading Lisa Mangum. Just finished The Hourglass Door and started on the 2nd book of the series The Golden Spiral.

When I am done with that one it's either read one of the books I already have or add a new one to the collection. So I need suggestions!! What have you read/are reading?? What are they about??

I love a good romance novel and I'm actually getting into a little mystery too. So send me those suggestions!! :o)

For those of you who don't know Robert Pattinson's schedule this may be a shock to you. He is currently in Fillmore, CA filming his new movie with Reese Witherspoon.

And according to the National Enquirer my friend Patty and I are about to be famous!! I know that most of you would be offended if you didn't hear it from me first. So, I asked them to please stop the presses until I could tell a few close friends. They agreed as long as I would let them interview me. ;o)

With only days before the release of the next installment in the Twilight movies, Robert Pattinson was photographed with an unknown beauty in Camarillo California. A source tells us that Pattinson is currently filming in the nearby village of Fillmore and with absolutely nothing to do in that rural area has taken to hanging around the Camarillo bowling scene. It is believed that the couple (picture below) met at a popular local event called Quarter Mania.

Robert Pattinson Holiday Photos Uncovered.

There is a mystery surrounding Robert Pattinson’s recent friendship with a local girl in Camarillo, CA. However, sources tell us, it seems that the pair have been photographed as early as December 2009. (picture below) With the recent success of the Twilight Trilogy about to hit full stride in June, it will be almost impossible to keep a low profile on this development.

Our sources have reported heated conversations between these two at Harley’s, a Camarillo bowling hot spot. Pattinson was quoted as saying, “The conversations appear heated because the bowling can get intense, especially during Quarter Mania.”

The mystery woman has yet to agree to be interviewed. Close friends tells us that she has tried to avoid Pattinson because of his extremely public celebrity life, but he keeps coming back.

Hot Hunk Taylor Lautner was recently seen visiting Robert Pattinson on location in the quaint pueblo of Fillmore, CA. Lautner may have met his match in a local unknown beauty (picture below). The two were photographed spending time together this past weekend.

So... here it is 12:26am on a Saturday night. I can't sleep and I'm getting pretty bored. This can be a bad thing because then I start looking up different things on the Internet. Tonight I'm on you tube watching different music videos when I came across this one and I busted out laughing!! Make sure you watch it all the way through!!
