3 Months

Esra had his 2.5 month check up on Aug 30.

Mama was out with friends, so we took a walk in the Baby Bjorn. He loves that carrier!

I just loved going swimming at Western Hills this year.  Can't wait til next year!

My new favorite thing to do:  Superman with my right arm!

So happy, he is getting close to rolling over!

This is much better than those 100 degree concerts this summer!  Love it!

Enjoying Hard Nights Day, a Beatles tribute band at the Dallas Arboretum with Maw-Maw and Pop!

Also Maw-Maw and Pop got to babysit the little one, while we went out to see Seasons of Gray!  It was our first outing away from him.  He did wonderful while we were gone!

six and counting...

On July 30, Meike and I celebrated 6 years of marriage.  I can't believe it was that long ago since the I do's.  We have grown so much in that time, and could not image spending my life with anyone else.

I look forward to many more years with you.

2 Months

1 Month

Esra now weighs in at 10 lbs!  He is growing fast.

Meike tried out the Baby Björn.  Esra wasn't too sure about it,
but then fell into a deep sleep once we got going.

We went to another concert at the Arboretum this week.

 Our friends Nathan and Laura joined us for the fun evening!

Week 3

 We joined the Dallas Arboretum this week.  Oma Jutta, Mama, Papa and Esra went to a Thursday night concert for the Quebe Sisters, a fiddle band.  It was a great time, although extremely HOT.
