A special family

My good friend Sheri and I used to work at a daycare. We both got close to a handful of families, and used to babysit on the side for a few. The Sinclairs were one of our most favorite families. Judy and Tom were such awesome and fun parents, and were always so good to us. Their girls, Chelsea and Morgan, were sweet and beautiful. It is so special that we got to be a part of their lives.
I always get the family update every year from the Sinclair's Christmas cards, but haven't actually seen them in years. YEARS! Since I am in town for a longer-than-usual time this holiday, Sheri and I decided to get in touch with them to see if we could visit. And we did!
We had a great time reminiscing and catching up. The girls are as beautiful as ever, inside and out. It was funny, because it felt like old times. It seemed like nothing had changed...aside from the girls being about 8 years older then we remember! I'm jealous, because Sheri is going to recruit them for babysitting her own kids someday!

Colin, Morgan and Judy. Morgan was Colin's age when we started watching her!

Fun with G and G

Colin got the biggest kick out of taking my dad's hat off of his head. They had fun playing this little game...he would not stop laughing!

Then he and Grandma Donna had a relaxing reading session

Christmas with Grandma Patty

Colin and I went to Grandma Patty's house to celebrate Christmas. It was so fun! It's always nice to get Jack, Lily and Colin together, and also spend more time with Aunt Carrie, Uncle Dave, Aunt Bridget and Brian. And of course Grandma Patty too!

Lots of love.

Does anyone remember the "Cousin photo shoot" conducted back in June, in North Carolina? Well, here is round two. One of these days we will get a good shot. This is seriously the best I got. But at least they have cute matching PJ's!

And then there were two...

And then only one...(only because he can't really move from a sitting position yet)...

Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday!

The Tracy Christmas

Colin and I headed over to Kevin's Aunt Margaret's house for a Chrstmas party! We had a great time. Colin was soaking up all the attention from his Aunts, Uncles and cousins...and especially his Grandpa Jim.

My Aunt Jean and Uncle Roy came over for Christmas dinner. It was so nice visiting with them, and I'm glad we got to spend the day with such special people. I'm sorry I didn't get any pictures!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Christmas Eve

We had a wonderful time over my Grandparent's house on Christmas Eve! It was even more extra special, since my Grandpa came home from the hospital the day before. What a great way to start off the Christmas festivities!

The tree...and look at all those presents! Just like every year, we had to keep saying what my brother used to say when he was little..."Where's my next pwesent?"

Every year, the boys go down in the basement and play a game of hockey...maybe Colin will join them someday!

A very Pelow Christmas party

Colin and I went to Jim's Christmas party. We were joking around, because only a couple years ago, this would have been a very different kind of party...because now 4 babies were in attendence! The party was great, and complete with a gift exchange. Some of my favorite gifts recieved were a leopard print Snuggie (which ironically enough, Tim got it, and his nick-name is leopard), and a Jesus action figure.
Good food, good company, good times!
I am a little disappointed with my lack of picture taking though. But here are some of my favorites...

Tim and Jodi holding Colin and Jordan. I like this pic because these two are always dressed to kill. Tim even had on a Santa Claus tie.

Clint holding his son Keegan, and Colin. Keegan is so cute, and a good boy, especially for only being one year old. He is such a smartie. He was watching the Syracuse Orange game and shouting "go go go!" at the TV! I'm sure watching his Grandpa and Daddy has rubbed off on him.

Jacie and Colin are only 2 days apart in age. She is a cutie! I love how Colin and Jordan have their hands on her...or, maybe not...

Congratulations Alex!

My cousin got accepted to Case Western in Ohio! Coincidentally this is the same school his father attended (and was in a fraternity, I might add!) I can't believe our Mr. Yubby is going off to college next year. We are so proud of you and all your accomplishments!

My big fat Italian Christmas party...

Every year my Grandfather's family throws a Christmas party. I have missed the last few years, so it was so nice that Colin and I were able to attend and see our extended family. Unfortunately, our camera failed me again and ran out of battery. So, I only got a few pictures of when Santa arrived. Colin had just woken up from a nap so he wasn't really digging the jolly stranger with the long white beard. Oh well.
