Bath time fun!

Brynlee is really into bubbles lately. Baths are just no fun without bubbles. Her favorite part is listening to all the fun sounds under the water.

Mommy's shoes!

Brynlee is really into my shoes lately. She loves to put them on and try to walk around. I'm afraid one of these days she is going to brake her ankle or something, but their is no stopping her!

The Stroller

Yippee! It finally came! Now maybe I can get out of the house! I was a little hesitant on getting one because for one they cost a lot and for two I didn't know how much I would actually use it. But boy am I glad I decided to get it. Boston and Brynlee love to ride in it. We have taken a walk with it every day since we got it! Definitely a good purchase! Everyone is happy and I can buckle both kids in it and not have to carry one! (with the single stroller Brynlee ALWAYS wanted to ride in it because it is "her stroller". So that meant I either held Boston and let her ride in it or listen to her cry while I either held her and pushed the stroller or made her walk beside me while she cried and begged and screamed to get in. This is much nicer ...)

2 Months old!

WOW! Time flies! I can't believe he's 2 months already!

Brynlee is use to being the center of attention, which also means the center of all the photo shoots! If I ever take a picture of Boston she insists that she be in it too! She's so funny!

I just love it when they start smiling and laughing. It's the best!

Eggs ....

Yes, those are broken eggs all over my couch and Brynlee. (and this picture was taken AFTER I had already cleaned up a little) I was on the phone with the insurance company trying to get some things figured out when Brynlee came into my room telling me that she wanted an egg. Of course I was busy so I told her the all too common phrase "Just a minute". Apparently she took that as "Yes dear, just help yourself". When I got off the phone and walked out of my room, this is what I found ... I was so irritated and started scolding and cleaning things up just like any mother would do right? Well, Lance just happened to call as I started cleaning. I told him the whole story and he started laughing and asked if I got a picture of it. The thought hadn't even crossed my mind. At the time I didn't think it was too funny, but now I am glad that I have the picture. It even makes me laugh a little. I guess I need to learn to step back a little sometimes and try to find the humor in things.

Happy LATE Grandparents Day!

I meant to get this picture printed out and sent for Grandparent's Day on Sept. 7, but that didn't happen. This seems to be the story of my life lately. I have all these things I want to do and need to get do, but I never seem to have time to get them done. Oh well, better late than never right!?

Labor Day!
