Fukuya means "House of Happiness" in Japanese.
Entering the entrance with black "curtain", there's a main house, with few private dining rooms (unconnected), and beautiful bamboo garden.
They brought us to one of the private dining rooms. It has nice Zen decoration all over the place, which created a peaceful and serene dining experience for us. Unable to snap a photo, how i wish I have a high-tech phone :(
I chose for Fuku-Fuku Lunch set, which allows diners to choose our own main dishes out of a variety of choices..yet so hard to make up my mind, at last I decided to go for cod fish teriyaki & butter sauteed scallops :)
The set comes with an appetizer, salad, mini chawanmushi, 2 main dishes, steamed rice, miso soup, pickles and dessert.

| Some side dishes, can't wait for the main course ^^ |
I loved the chawanmushi, it was so smooth and tasty. The salad is refreshing, with crunchy fish roe. The grilled cod fish is YUMMYLICIOUS!! The 3 huge scallops overall was juicy and delicious, a good experience to eat the scallop and its roe (which I think it is!? because I couldn't figured out what was that "orangey" thingy attached with the scallop.....)
Ohh, its pickles are so tasty and crunchy too, and the miso soup didn't make me felt disappointed...I personally don't like miso soup, but this changes my mind....hehehe
Too bad, didn't took much of photos, coz feeling "paiseh" hahahaha....

| Deluxe Sashimi set |
Here comes the "superstar" of the day, the perfect presentation Sashimi set. See those glorious raw fish, which make you irresistible, and the freshly grated wasabi (nice!!)...I think I have tried most of the sashimi on the plate, except for 1 or 2....I started to miss this now!! The food is served good and fresh (most important thing), because my eyes would get swollen if the ingredients are not fresh...
We ordered for Matcha Ice Cream served with red beans as dessert. The ice-cream was real smooth and delicious, which costs us RM16 per scoop, finished it till the last drop :)
Very satisfy with this lunch, and left Fukuya with a happy full stomach. It isn't exactly a cheap lunch option, but the price is considered reasonable, being served with good quality of food and services, what you get in return in certainly value for money. And this is treated by company...wuahhaha.....
One day, if I strike lottery or monies did drop down from the skies, I definitely will return and try other recommended food.
