This tutorial is written in Corel 2023, but any version should work, this is written in hopes you have  working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro or other graphics program… this is written by me, never meant to copy or look like your work…

Open the template shift+D to duplicate the temp, so we don’t mess up the original 

Remove the copyright layer,  and delete the word art 

Layer 1 flood fill with paper 9

Layer 2&3 flood fill with paper 3

Layer 4 flood fill with paper 4

Layer 5 flood fill with paper 8

Layer 6 flood fill with paper 2

Layer 7 flood fill the lines with paper 6

Take the close up of the deer and paste it size it down by 44% pull to sit inside the right frame

Take the close up of the woman c/p size her down by 45% pull to sit in the left frame

6 c/p size this down by 90% pull to cover up the bottom of both tubes

29 c/p size this down by 60% pull to sit in the middle of the snow

27 c/p size this down by 40% pull to the middle of the tag on the branch with flowers

7 c/p size this down by 45% pull to the far right edge of your tag

2 c/p size this down by 31% pull this to the far left edge of your tag

24 c/p size this down by 31% pull to stand by the ornaments on right side of the tag

21 c/p size this down by 31% pull to sit on the right edge of the other deer

19 c/p size this down by 25% pull to sit in front of the deers

58 c/p size this down by 14% pull to sit on the leaf on the ground

33 c/p size this down by 14% pull to sit on right edge of the blue tree

50 c/p size this down by 13% pull to sit by the globe

23 c/p size this down by 18% pull to sit on left side of the globe

12 c/p size this down by 18% pull to sit in front of the pinecone 

45 c/p size this down by 15% pull to the front of the pinecone

56 c/p mirror size this down by 15% pull to sit on the right end of the red branch

Click on layer 4 

1 c/p paste as a new layer then pull so the top of element show’s above the top

49 c/p rotate 90° to the left pull up so it shows above the  blue snowflake 

Click on layer 5 

37 c/p size this down by 38% pull so some of it shows on the far left outside of the tag, c/p a 2nd copy and pull it to show out on the right edge of the tag
