Featured Recipe
Thanksgiving Stuffing
Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Onion, chopped
1 1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
1 C Butter
9 Cups Soft Bread, Cubed
2 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp Crushed Sage
1 tsp. Thyme
1/2 tsp. Pepper
Directions:
1. Saute Butter, Celery, and Onion over medium heat.
2. Stir in 1/3 of the bread cubes.
3. Sprinkle the spices on top. Stir.
4. Add the rest of the bread cubes and toss thoroughly.
(I prefer to do steps 2-4 in a mixing bowl. so you would put 1/3 of the bread cubes in a mixing bowl, then add the sauted celery and onion, then continue with steps 3 & 4. make sense?)
5. Put into baking dish or onto a cookie sheet for crunchier stuffing.
6. Bake at 325' for 30 Minutes. :)
