Christmas Already?

Okay, so time has really slipped away since our last update to the blog....hopefully you haven't been in too much diress over it. And we'll try to improve on the matter. We like to say nothing really big has happened, but suppose it's always relative....and a huge part of life!

5 Years Old

He can now say he's officially 5! His request was another train cake....  knowing he'd be taking treats to his class mom decided to make a cupcake train - long enough for the family and his class (somehow missed that long train picture)

 He was so excited and did most of the decorating himself - with the help of mom and our neighbor friend - stuck to it til the end!

 Here's the finished product - family size

 opening gifts: Cars umbrella - a much desired replacement!

 and a mitt, bat, and balls - Play Ball!

a hit within the first few balls!

The whole family enjoyed the new gifts

The next day in his class - proudly got to pass out the cupcakes to all his classmates, got sung to and a birthday hat - full of grins!

3 Years!

She's 3!  That morning a friend saw us and asked her old she was - she immediately held up 2 fingers and slowly added a third for the first time- so fun!

 Her request was a pink cake with pink flowers (rosettes around the corners) and her name - check!

presents!
