This is a solar light near our front walk,

now uncovered as the snow has partially melted.

Enhanced with "solarize" 

Then saturated the color

 

And then moved the hue to maximum

when we make our coffee. It does look like small brown creatures with pearly whites though. The white spots are reflections of the kitchen lights from the bubbles.

Reflections - Monocacy Aqueduct

This aqueduct once carried the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal over the Monocacy River. It is the longest of the eleven that were part of this waterway.

More fun with PhotoShop

I spotted this single leaf on the walkway about 7:30 AM on June 29 and thought the water drops made an interesting image. The clouds made for soft light. About 30 minutes later the sun broke through and I got the image below with stronger shadows. I decided to experiment by making the same enhancements to both images.

 

 First I adjusted color saturation to +80.

 Then I adjusted color hue to +70.

There is a lot of color hidden in what original appears to be mostly gray.

This time of year the late afternoon sun can reflect off the windshield of our van and light up the mirror in the foyer which then reflects the light on to a wall in the living room.
