Cheating intoxicates engineering nerds

Thanks to all who voted for Luke's picture! Unfortunately, Tyler's officemates had a little too much fun finding all the ways to vote multiple times in a day and disqualified the photo from the contest. In fact, the first 10 photos in the contest were disqualified and the winning photo had only about 70 votes. We know we had that easy, so thanks again! We did, however, receive a consolation Toothy t-shirt!

I have fallen way behind on our blog, so I am going to play some catch up. We are all doing really well. Tyler just finished his first year of graduate school and will be doing research for his thesis over the summer until classes begin again in the fall. I am loving being a mom and Luke is growing up fast. Luke is doing wonderfully! All of his problems with Hirschsprungs have been resolved. Except for the 3 small scars on his stomach, you would never know that he had any problems. He is a very active little boy. He loves to be outside, pull things out of drawers, knowck down anything that will fall, and eat cheerios. He also loves to read books (especially anything with animal sounds) and throw. He is a joy in our lives!

Sleeping

Luke has finally started sleeping through the night. He sleeps from 8:00 PM until 7:00 AM. Apparently though, he has some catching up to do from NOT sleeping through the night the last 9 months!

Elder Scott Bingham

Jaime, Luke, and I dropped Scott off at the MTC on March 18, 2009. Scott will be serving in the Phoenix Arizona mission. He will be a great missionary!

Easter 2009

Luke didn't quite understand the concept of Easter, but he did enjoy shaking the plastic eggs and kept me hopping trying to keep candy out of his mouth!

Halloween 2008

Luke was a peapod for Halloween. He didn't go trick-or-treating with Minnie Mouse or Buzz Lightyear, but his pumpkin managed to get filled with candy by the end of the night.

Luke's 1st Photo Shoot

During his 1st photo shoot, Luke cried, fell asleep, ate, spit up, changed outfits, spit up on outfit number 2, and cried some more. In between all that, his uncle Scott was able to get some great pictures!
