San Diego 2010

Adam and I took Breckin to San Diego for our 9th anniversary. Yes, we took the baby. We were so excited to see his reaction to the beach, the zoo, Sea World...all that fun stuff. The weather was absolutely amazing. It stayed around 75 degrees the whole time. Although traveling with a little one was hard at times, it was also really fun. Breckin did great on the flights, but struggled a little with the time changes and the lack of naps because he wanted to play so hard all day. So, all in all, it was a successful trip.

Breckin decided that he needed to chase birds at any chance he could get.

Daddy and B at Sea World. Although the first day we went to Sea World he was asleep 20 minutes in, the second trip was much more successful.

Breckin was OBSESSED with birds, ducks and turtles this trip. There is a video below but he was saying "hi" to all the animals during this whole trip. I actually say it in the video just like he was. It was soooooo cute. If you listen closely you can hear him say "hi duck" at the very end.

If we were in the hotel he was on the phone. He had business to do apparently. We ended up unplugging the phone so he could talk all day.

I think he looks like me in this pic! Makes me so happy because everyone always thinks he looks just like his daddy...which he does. But this is proof that he's mine!

When you ask Breckin where his nose is he gives you eskimo kisses. TOO DANG CUTE!!!

2010 Starts Out With Surgery???

I finally got Adam to be on a co-ed softball team with me and this is what happens...

...he tears his meniscus. Enjoy the many angles that is his swollen knee.

Luckily, he healed amazingly well....he does call himself Superman afterall. Oh, and please enjoy this video taken right after his surgery. I was trying to get on camera what he kept saying over and over and over, but I missed it. He kept saying, "Wow...that was weird. I just went back there..." He couldn't believe it was already over with.

First Time Sledding

We took B sledding for his first time. You can see that it did not start well, but he ended up loving it. It was so fun. It's so fun to see him experience things for the first time.
