2025 was a watershed year for XNET Mobile. We moved from disruptor to major player in the DePIN space, proving neutral-host networks not only scale, they’re the future. Here's a look back at our milestones in 2025: Major Partnerships & Scaling At the start of 2025 we began offering enhanced, seamless connectivity for over 41 million AT&T customers in 2,000+ commercial locations. Cambium Networks Collaboration  We closed the year with a massive partnership launch with Cambium Networks (NASDAQ: CMBM). Our collaboration allows enterprise venue owners to "flip a switch" and activate XNET roaming on their existing infrastructure, providing an immediate path to hyper-scale in 2026. A Powerhouse Advisory Board  We’re thrilled to welcome Stephen John (former CEO of Westell Technologies) to our Board of Advisors. Stephen’s 20+ years of experience in mobility strategy and carrier relationships is instrumental for our 2026 enterprise expansion New CEO, Same Mission   In August, we welcomed telecom veteran James Childs as our new CEO, bringing deep industry experience and visionary innovation. Technical Innovation & Growth We stayed ahead of the curve with the launch of the XT670 and X7-35X access points, bringing the next generation of wireless speed to our decentralized network. Our developers also created The XNET Operator Console to power our deployments with fast, reliable resource discovery and management, and real-time offload usage insights and accounting statistics. Record Data Offloading  For eight consecutive months, we’ve seen steady growth in data offloading, reaching record highs in both network traffic and active contributors. Industry Leadership & Strategic Expansion We were honored to be named an IDC Innovator in DePIN, a testament to our team’s vision of a carrier-grade, decentralized future. Tokenomics Evolution  With the successful passing of XIP-10 and XIP-11, we’ve solidified a sustainable, deflationary ecosystem that rewards the contributors securing our network For XNET, 2025 showed the Decentralized Wireless model not only works, it’s the future. We’re excited to share a major milestone in XNET’s partnership expansion with Cambium Networks: the launch of carrier-grade Passpoint Wi-Fi at Southlake Mall in Georgia, one of the region’s premier retail destinations. In the first few weeks, our deployment has supported 33K+ AT&T users and processed over 6000 GB’s of data to elevate visitor experience and strengthen commercial outcomes. This deployment was made possible through XNET’s strategic partnership with Cambium Networks, who provided the radios for this deployment. Cambium’s enterprise-class Wi-Fi radios ensure: Consistent coverage across high-traffic mall corridors Reliable roaming for carriers using Passpoint Southlake Mall is leading the way for a new standard of retail connectivity.
