Happy 2nd Birthday Will!
Surprise!
This is what I found at the patio door this afternoon after Will had been here for an hour this morning. Too Cute! I didn’t know he had left them there…all parked!
Snow? really? April 29, 2011
I can’t believe it is snowing today. May 1st is only two days away and we have an awful snow storm today. I think someone is mistaking us for Canada…..”Ay”
Heart to Heart
Already started with heart to heart talks with Grandpa. He loves his grandpa… “Pa”!
Painting again
Decided to paint the loft or Gramma’s playroom yesterday. Got two walls done and liked it so much, I decided that I want to paint the other one today. I’ll take some pic and add them. Another mis-tint wins!
Walls are a grayish-blue that doesn’t really show that well in the pics. But I love it!
Will update
I love this picture of Will. Too cute.
Will thought it was really funny to hide from Gramma, only problem is he is too big to fit in the cabinet. Have to give him an “A” for effort though!

I took about 40 pictures of Will one day to get one to make into a poster for Jill for Christmas. Since he doesn’t sit still except to eat. This is the best one that we got. But it did make an awesome poster.

Gift from Mom and Dad
We used a gift card that my Mom and Dad sent us to buy this fireplace. It’s just electric and someday we’ll have a real one, but for now it’s nice to have heat downstairs. Love it!
Got the painting bug! again!
Corey and Jill have concluded that I’m obsessed with painting. I can’t quite understand where they get this idea…other than I LOVE TO PAINT!
Painted the livingroom wall yesterday. Love it! Tomorrow I might hang the bikes, but only after I paint the board that will attach to the ceiling…
GARAGE DONE!
Finally have the garage painting finished. Finished the ceiling today..yippee!!! Have some trimming to do if I can reach it. But since it shows so little, I’m not going to worry about it. I have the shelves all up and the tools all hanging. Only things left are hanging the bikes and the corner counter. I’ll post picks when I have those done. Sooo excited.
Gardening is done.
It was a real learning experience and I will do a few things different next year. But it was so rewarding to have a garden for the first time in over 30 years of marriage. We had radishes, carrots, pumpkins, potatoes, tomatoes and okra. We will still enjoy the tomatoes and pumpkin for awhile. I was able to freeze or can a lot from these two. 4 stars!!!! ****
