I finished all my practical driving lessons yesterday.

My traffic police test will take place on the 3rd of March, in other words, next Monday.
I really hope I will pass the test on the first try.

There were no press releases today regarding the A levels result release.

Could it be possible that the rumoured 29th February isn't the release date?
Tomorrow will be the last possible date for a press release if its the 29th February. Yep.
Somehow, I feel anxious for the announcement of the results release, yet I don't feel like collecting the results. Ironic huh?

My final theory test is in 2 hours time. Haha.

I studied super hard for this in the last 2 days. Shall update if I pass or fail later.

I think I will destroy the computer terminal I did the test at with my head if I fail. Hahaha. Considering how hard I worked for it.
Ok just kidding. That's overkill.

*Update*

I can't believe one of my specs lens dropped out as I was leaving the house. And I forgot to bring my handphone out when I left the house at around 7:25pm. I couldn't check the time cos I dun have a watch!

Oh man. Everything has to go wrong suddenly. It was so darned.

I dashed all the way to a specs shop at J8 and asked the person for help in securing my specs back. She was super nice.. helped me to put the screw back in.. and I was rushing off after a quick 'thank you'.

When I reached the MRT station after another dash.. it was 7.30pm. WHEW. I think its cos my house clock is faster.

Ok so I reached SSDC on time at 7:50pm. Walked into the room and realised I was early. The person-in-charge told me to wait outside.. so I turned around and spent 20 brief seconds outside before he asked everyone to go in. Dots.

It seems like some people don't cancel their slots despite being unable to turn up. When the test officially started, there were at least 3 to 4 empty seats. What a waste of test slots...

Ok so.. guess my test result? Lol. I think I will just let the images do the talking =)



I am very thankful for the time I spent practising like ONE THOUSAND FTT questions before I went. LOL. That's cos I could have sworn I saw at least 40+ of the questions before when I did the FTT today.

Ok the point is, its a fine Saturday morning. Lol.
And for once, I ain't working! I m off for the weekends this week. Shall take some rest which I have been clearly lacking since I fell sick straight after CNY.

Should have passed on some of those New Year goodies.. and the 3/4 can of potato chips I downed. Lol. But its too late alr.. since I am alr sick.

Life's the same as usual. The MOCCA love notes competition just ended recently, and the video proposal won!

Well it's like this. MOCCA hosted a competition for people to submit their video messages to their loved ones.. and someone submitted a proposal to his gf and he won.

It was a rather interesting Valentine's Day Eve when we went down to deliver Part 1 of the grand prize: 99 roses sponsered by Noel Gifts.
So down we went, me and my colleague to collect the roses, which was in my care for the next 1 hour or so.

How cool is that? Lol. It's not everyday that I get to haul 99 roses around. It wasn't as heavy as I thought.. but bulky. That's for sure.

So we went to a school(unnamed for privacy issues) where the girl taught as a teacher in the morning at 11am. The principal and vice-principal was super nice and half the staff members were probably rigged in for us to give the girl a big surprise. Haha.

So we presented the 99 roses to her, and CNA even came down to cover the story.. But anyway tt's tt. Too lazy to go into the details XD

Its pretty nice to see a couple wed through an event. By the way, the girl accepted the marriage proposal. Haha. She gave her reply to CNA, cos the guy couldn't be there in the morning. Not sure if her reply was broadcasted on TV in the end. Did anyone catch it? Cos I didn't.

Haha. I didn't go out on Valentine's Day. Didn't find a Valentine, and was stuck with a sore throat and a fever anyway(till I downed the whole pot of herbal tea my mom brewed and my temp actually dropped to 35 degrees o.O). Lol.

Oh yes... It was a pleasant surprise to meet Zhiyu at SSDC last nite. Cos I was frantically trying to sell off my lesson as I had no intention of going there, sick and all, but I failed to sell it off.. so between forfeiting $81, and dragging myself there, I chose dragging myself there.

I think she saw me when I entered SSDC, but I didn't notice her.. Hah. Saw her sms after the lesson and found her later in the end. She just started at SSDC recently.. and just had her third lesson. That's pretty cool. Haha. Haven't seen my classmates in ages.

Speaking of the practical lesson.. I m getting super agitated at my latest(and sixth) driving instructor. I suspect he invented lollipops. For gods sake, he's one super irritating fella whom I would gladly kick out of the car at 70km/h if not for the fact that it was illegal to do so. Grrr. I really hope not to meet him ever again. He has this special way of getting on my nerves. It was a good thing that I didn't(or couldn't) rebutt him because both of my lessons with him was during the time when I was sick. I just kept quiet and let him talk. Zzz. Please don't let me meet him again. What an irritating guy.

Ok so that's about it for my once-a-week-blog-entry. Gotta go for some rest now. Hope I recover soon!

After 2 weeks into driving.. here's an update.

I have successfully finished 21 out of 33 driving modules =)
That was of cos because of the fact that I am at SSDC everyday.
Sigh. I feel like a zombie now. Extremely tired everyday. Oh well. CNY's a break eh.

Nothing has changed much lately. I realised I have been working for 2 months.. time really flies. My freedom has only 7 weeks left... ouch.. and results are probably going to take a month before it comes out.

According to an indirect source who contacted the MOE, the MOE said that they have no reason to release the A level results earlier, hence it will be released as per normal(assuming that's March?). So there goes all the speculation about the results coming out in the Valentine's Day week.

Btw, I think the latest MOCCA ad asking people to vote for the entries is quite boring. Lol. How come even this ad.. also got the muscleman and the girl with the dog inside.. Diao. Ok I don't know who does those ads anyway. Don't ask me.
