Dream Concert 2009

Highlights of the concert:

• Big Bang is joined by DaeSung and performs as 5 members! 2 months after his car accident, DaeSung joins Big Bang to perform for the concert. He did a solo with ‘Only fools tears’ and said, “I wanted to see everyone that is why I came out to perform earlier”
• 2PM performs as 6 members for the first time after leader JaeBum left the group. Fans and also other fanclub members were shouting JaeBum’s name during the group’s performances.
• Big Bang and 2PM’s performances have been requested for no-broadcast by their companies

The frowns:

• The photo-time before the concert that day was delayed for an hour due to the boycott by the news photographers
• The 40,000 audience crowd had to wait in the cold weather even until 30 minutes before the concert itself.

The concert performances will be aired via SBS on 11th October at 3.30pm.

Aside from their understandable lack of appearance on stage, there are a few groups which are missing a member like 2 PM’s Jaebom and Super Junior’s Kangin.

SuJu: So “Sorry Sorry” that we’re only twelve.

2PM: “Again & Again” we believe that our leader will be back.

But I’ m relieved that Daesung has fully recovered from his injuries and that Big Bang was able to perform as five. Another downer is that Big Bang’s and 2PM’s numbers will not be broadcasted. Bummer.

Big Bang: We were not telling you “Lies” that Daesung will perform.

I am bias with the boy groups because the Wonder Girls are somewhere. (So can I call that disappearance, WonderShinki? LOL)

And WTF is my favorite SuJu member up to while hosting last Saturday? Lord, I wanna know.

Haha! I would always laugh at Heechul’s pictures even he’s not doing anything and sometimes even more when he’s seriously speaking.

I fully empathize with the Korean Cassies because while the show was going on they were still longing for Dong Bang Shing Gi to magically appear in the concert. (I wished for that too.) It gave me goosebumps to know that they showed their undying love for the boys by chanting their name. (T_T)

The boys have been working their asses off in Japan yet when they are now back home, they cannot be active. *sigh* Life.

I could only guess what the boys are doing…

• Jaejoong

My vampire could probably wander on the streets late at night until the next morning with celebrity friends more freely now. He can smoke 20 packets of Marlboro Gold a day, get drunk with a case of Jinro and etch another Tatist artwork on his skin if he wants to. I know my bad boy. He is a grown up already and I don’t want to mother him around. So, Jae, if you need someone to drive you home because you can hardly step on the pedal, just call me. My phone number is (+XX)boing-boing-5-boing-boing. Is it going to be your apartment or mine? 😛 (Jae: Most definitely yours.) I like it when you’re drunk.

• Yunho

He is most likely to be filming, filming, filming and doing some little promotions here and there (although I am eager to see him in more Evisu-like photoshoots). 😉 He might spend his time in some coffee shop with Go Ara to practice his lines over and over again. I think that he is using mnemonics because he can remember his lines well now. He could still be swarmed by radiowaves while talking animatedly to whoever it is. Too bad Jae might not be home to cover his wide-opened mouth with a blanket when he is exhausted from work.

• Yoochun

Perhaps he is sulking every now and then updating his Cyworld from time to time. Painting an abstract could help release all the anguish and negative energy from within and out to the universe. Breathe in and then say, “Wooooosa,” while breathing out, Chunnie. He might be a couching potato while watching DVDs or reading manga versions of Naruto Shippuuden or One Piece. (Because of Dong Bang I’m waaaay behind my anime fandom.)  It is also possible that he is working his Sharingan on Harang to make his canine friend shoo off the stalkers from his garage. Or maybe he is soundtripping to that The Beatles In Mono fan gift (that I so dearly want to have) while drinking wine in his mini bar.

• Changmin

I don’t know but to me he is like building a mystery. He is like Bella Swan; an anti-dote to my mind-reading powers. From the looks if things I will still think that he is buffing up and then—food, goes to the gym the next day and then indulge on some bulgogi back home. He could be keen on his lines while munching on some croquettes too. I would likely think that that is his routine nowadays until I will see stalker photos of him filming in Jeju Island. But when it’s Changmin, working out will not be pointless even if he is chomping up a bag of Lay’s.

• Junsu

In all probabilities he can be leveling up his online character. To add a bit of his social life, he must be playing LAN games with his bro or hopping all net cafes in Seoul for some online matches. It’s typical for any male Korean gamer. Junsu-ah, can you please buff  noona Lynaeina, here? I’m on server 2. May I ask some of your useless rare items especially those with +10? Will you let me leech in all of your log hours? *blink blink* (Jae: Lynnie, how thick can your face get?) Only when I’m gaming, Jae. 😉

I really miss them performing in Korea. I’ll just reminisce the time they did last Dream Concert…
