Huh
I retired this blog years ago. I think. Or at least one year ago. Whatever. I retired for many reasons and none of them are important, but what is important is that I just scrolled through and got lost in it. I don't really consider it over sharing my kids because I was sharing for myself. I was sharing so I could print books and give them to them when they were grown. And then I quit it. I could cry and tell you I regret that decision, but I think I've decided instead to just see if I can resume posting. Sure there is a LOT missing. And sure Matthew (you know, the first kid) has a very thorough early years blog and the other two have pretty much chopped liver. Haha! But, they have tons of years and pictures and memories ahead of them so why not try.

Run victory!
Sometimes it's just easier to let him destroy because it keeps him busy at least!
He is so silly.
Checking out Caleb's big boy bed (crib with toddler rail attached)
I ran 7 miles today! Last March I couldn't run 1/2 mile. I completed to couch to 5k program and have been running ever since. I am not fast, in fact I am very slow, but I've come to realize this does not matter. I can work on that as I get more fit. I am enjoying myself and I am being active, and that 'a what matters. My friends and I got the crazy idea to run a 1/2 marathon, so I am in training for the Disney Princess half next month!! I got so far behind in training when I was side lined with an injury and then awful kidney stones that had to be removed. I am back at it now though, and so excited!

Sweetness
The big boys were finally both in school yesterday, so I got to spend my time with just my sweet Adam. It was almost like a vacation having just one kid with me.
After we picked up his brothers, Adam had his 12 month drs appointment. It had been rescheduled twice for various reasons. He did amazingly well, despite a finger poke and 4 shots.
His one year (well, and a month) stats are:
Weight- 21 lbs (35th %tile)
Height- 29.5" (16th %tile)
He is just starting to take a few independent steps, so walking is on the horizon!

Fun with these two.
Yes. I seriously walked in on them mid-action. They were terribly amused with themselves.
We got a little bit of time playing outside this afternoon!
