Smooth N Groove welcome Hobzee to the fold with his 'Something Sleeps' EP. Straight off the back of his 31 Recordings release, the established producer delivers his sublime debut release on the imprint.

With a string of releases over the past year, it is clear that Hobzee is back in the production hot seat, and his 'Something Sleeps' EP does not disappoint. Featuring three deep liquid cuts, packed with dynamic drum patterns, funky grooves, and well placed vocals, showcase his flawless production prowess. Additionally, for the fourth track on the EP, Hobzee has turned his production mastery to remix Smooth N Groove regular, Wyman's track 'First Vassal' which originally featured on his 'Detractor' LP.

Back in October 2011 (Halloween actually!) we released "Silent Dust" to (relative) critical acclaim, backed with remixes from Calibre, Om Unit and the legendary Marcus Intalex it helped launch none60 as a label!

We had pencilled this to be released to coincide with the 10 year anniversary but as with most things in 2021 - it got delayed!

We've had all the original album tracks wonderfully remastered by Macc to bring them into 2022.

We've also invited some of our favourite artists to remix a few tracks from the album and given them a 2022 spin! As well as remixing a couple of tracks ourselves in our original Hobzee and Zyon Base guises!

The Deluxe Edition includes 35 tracks compiling every remix that has ever been released, a few rarities and also a previously unreleased track!

Please note, the new remixes can also be purchased as a separate EP but why not go for the big deluxe bundle? It's a bargain!

"Here at none60 (sadly not a headquarters, just effectively the corner of a living room!) we like to cast the net far and wide to source great music and this time around we caught a real live one, in fact it's safe to say we are definitely going to need a bigger boat! A quick fact for you, one half of Silent Dust (the short one and also your narrator - me!) cannot swim and this analogy is inducing some anxiety so we'll get back to the music!

We welcome a smorgasbord of talented producers (mainly from AMERICA - who needs local trade!?)  who have delivered two slices of 160 goodness! Possibly one of the most energetic none60 singles in a while - this is one to get things moving!"

Jaskin & Uneven return to none60 to deliver another proverbial letter bomb! When I first played these I had to don one of those suits like in The Hurt Locker.... quite flattering on my figure I have to say!

"Ashes" sounds like it could be taken from the soundtrack of a sequel to Terminator 2: Judgement Day that doesn't exist in our timeline ( I still haven't forgiven you "Rise of The Machines") with its bendy synths and machine-like punchy bassline! Definitely gets a thumbs up from me!

If you need a time out from all that terminating then come with me if you want to chill - I'll stop now! "Kaleidoscope" is one for all of us that love a bit of Acidic 170 squelchy goodness which is about 17 of us I believe? Hopefully Resident Advisor or someone can do a census so history can see that it didn't all stop in 1992!
