summer review

ok, so we are back in utah.. we both started school and work on work on monday.

but i will recap of our great summer at home

beach count: not enough

disneyland: 5

lunch days with mom and the ladies: too many to count

trip to santa barbara: 2

visit from kaitlyn: 5 days

dodger games: 1 (i wish more)

escalante: 1

seeing kerry and shannon, including a disneyland day, the 3 of us.

and lots of other fun activities to fill my days.

jake went to work every day, and loved it!

these are backwards, but we went with adam and ashley, we got great seats from my dad, and after the game we got to go on the field and watch the best firework show all done to beatles music, it was a perfect summer night..

mini bikes

when my mom was a teenager at the ranch they had mini bikes, aunt jeanne, mom, and the twin uncles rode them. there were 4, but one is gone, one we are still trying to see if it can be fixed, but my dad's friend got 2 of them running. they are honda 70's. and we are taking them to escalante!

We were all really tired from the day before, so we drove through Arches then headed home..

We wanted s'mores while on the drive, and it was SO hot the the chocolate was melted, and the marshmallows were warm, so we made them!

Camping

This weekend we went camping with Grayson, Brittany, Nathan and Tayler. It was a blast!

After climbing in the morning, we were SO hot we wanted to swim, but the Colorado river was really high, and dirty...



So we found a community pool...



After swimming, we got some dinner and then went to Arches..
