A Great Accomplishment!

Image
Image Ellie can write her name!
(November 13th 2008, 3 1/2 years old)

A couple of days a week we do a little 'preschool' here at home. We have been working on letters and now El is pretty proud of her latest accomplishment. This was her first time doing ever doing it or attempting it! Way to go sweetie! She is funny too, she is a little perfectionist and could tell that her E was too long so she said, "Um, lets do that again..."

POSTING

Image So, I have really slacked at posting again... Whats new. So, for a little update.... Nate is no longer working at chanshare. He is now working with Bob Cosgrove Financial Solutions! It has been a complete change of scenery for us and we have decided that change is good. New adventures bring new opportunies, and this has definately brought new opportunites and adventures. :) We are grateful for the experience. I just want to tell you Nate, THANK YOU! Thanks for all of your hard work diligence in all you do. Being a mom is my greatest passion and I am truly grateful I get to be home with the girls everyday. I really appreciate you and for being such a wonderful daddy! Just so everyone knows, this guy cooks, cleans, reads stories, plays monster, changes diapers...... he is a SUPER DAD and HUSBAND! I LOVE YOU!!

Girl just want to have fun!

Happy Birthday Sophie Jo

Happy Birthday Sophie!
I can't belive you are two years old already! You are such a joy to us.
You are fascinated with all animals and are always thinking of others, even at such a young age. If you get something, you be sure that big sister gets one too.

Sophie isn't used to being the center of attention with big sister around always stealing the show, so she was quite happy to have this be HER day. She loved her baby doll!

New Happenings....

Image
Kate and Natie (as we are often called)
After many of months, its time for a little catching up! (no more complaints Stacie :) hee hee.
Things here are going really well. We have really been enjoying summer. Camping trips have been frequent with some still in the making. We are getting closer and closer for Sod- yeah!
I am getting ready to gear up for another year of gymanstics. We are opening up a new gym that is really going to be awesome. Everything is offered, and we have some really new great teachers!
Nate has been doing a little Real Estate, but mostly work at the sod farm. It has been a blessing being able to work there. Nate was called to be Ward Mission Leader and I am back in the Young Womens and 2nd Councelor. It has really been great. We have truly been abundantly blessed this past while and have much to be grateful for. Life is great!

Four Years going on Eternity

ImageThis June we celebrated our 4th Anniversary!
We set up a tent at Newton, went to Dinner at CAllaways, then to the late show: Prince Caspain, then back to camp to sleep and then fished all day.
Life with him is complete bliss!

Little Helper

One day Katie and Ellie had some grains of wheat.
"Shall we make some bread" Katie said.
"Yes!" Said Ellie.
So they went to Grandmas house and ground up the wheat into flour.
Who will help me make the bread into dough and bake it?
"I will" Said Ellie.
"And who will help me eat the bread?"
"I will," said Ellie.
And she did.
I feel bad for the little red hen; she needed a little Ellie helper!
