So... 2018? No, surely it hasn't been 2 and a quarter years since the last Marshall Party post! Well I guess I should post because otherwise everyone is not going to know what we have been doing for the last week since they have seen us!
So yeah, this is Nolan, who stumbled upon this wonderful blog because I was feeling bored on this wonderful Lazy Sunday. So here are some pictures of a computer. It's what I have been working on lately, so if you're interested, let me know.
And no post anywhere is complete without Marty. Sorry you can't really see him, I did not mess with the camera settings that much.
If you want me to continue posting, leave a comment letting me know.
P.S. If you haven't seen Ben's performance yet, check him out here.

Trauma
I supposed we're lucky it's taken us ten years for one of our children to break a tooth, but it was traumatic for us, nonetheless. Nolan was playing with some friends after play practice, when he took a pretty bad fall onto the concrete. He cracked a front tooth, skinned his face, and ripped up one of his arms. It was pretty scary and very bloody, but thankfully, there was no root damage on the tooth, and the dentist was able to fit it. Nolan was very concerned that he looked "like a pirate," but he was fine once he realized that we wouldn't leave him that way. :)

Good as new!
With Gilligan, the Skipper, too. . .
We are fans of Gilligan's Island reruns in this household, so it was not surprising when both boys decided to dress up as characters from this old television show. I was surprised that they selected the roles they did, but in the end, they were perfect. ;)
None of their friends had any idea who they were, but the boys absolutely loved their costumes.
Happy Halloween 2015!

Big Bear
Our family had the most wonderful Big Bear getaway in honor of Mike's mom's birthday this year. We enjoyed family hikes, drank hot chocolate by the fire, ate lots of yummy food, and just had so much fun spending time together.
Thanks again, Grandma and Grandpa, for such a wonderful weekend!
Birthday at Oak Glen
Yes, it's a been a few months since my last post. Sorry! Adjusting to a full-time position at work has definitely reduced my posting time. In any case, I'm going to do my best to catch up as I can.
In September, we celebrated a family day at Oak Glen, where the boys each caught their first fish (yay!) and also participated in piglet races and other activities. In fact, we had so much fun that we didn't even drive over to Riley's Farm to pick apples this year. It really was such a beautiful escape from the summer heat. I never get tired of this place!
