Happy Halloween

What a day it has been. First, Ruthie had a "Trunk or Treat" at
school and this evening Papa, Grandmama, Aunt Jeannie and Uncle Josh
came over to go trick or treating with Ruthie and Parker. Of course
Ruthie was a Seminole cheerleader(we picked the wrong year for that)
and Parker was a pumpkin. All day she called Parker her little
pumpkin. Ben and I got a big kick out of seeing Ruthie run from door
to door yelling trick or treat. She really did a great job and had
so much fun. She also could not wait to get home so that she could
pass out candy to all the kids.

Pumpkin Patch Fun

This afternoon we met up with Sharon, Brian and Riley at the pumpkin patch near our house. It was the perfect weather to pick out some pumpkins.

Welcome Caden!!!

Lance Caden arrived on Oct. 10th in Tampa. He is my cousin Rachel and Ken's second child. Caden joins big sister Rylie. We are so excited because Parker and Caden are 3 weeks apart and also as I have said before out of the 5 greatgrands just born this year, they are the only boys!!! Also the last boy born in our family as a greatgrand was Jett and he is 8 years old, and their is now a total of 12 great grands with #13 (a girl) due in December for my cousin Ryan. But don't get me wrong we LOVE our GIRLS!!!

Zoo Day

Ben was off today, so we took the kids to the Zoo. Ruthie enjoyed seeing all the animals and Parker slept the entire time. We also got an extra special treat when we ran into Aunt Joani, Maddie and Jake. We had a great day!

Cruising!!

Ruthie and her friend Riley are cruising in Riley's jeep. Riley deferred the driving to Ruthie and they had so much fun. The jeep has a radio and foot pedal just like a real car. Ruthie was so amazed!

3 Week Checkup

Parker had his checkup today and he weighs 9lbs 3 oz and is 20.7 inches long, which means they missed measured him at birth. I think he was only 19 inches long when born. The doctor said he looks great and we go back at 2 months to start his vaccinations.

We can't believe he is 3 weeks already. He is so sweet! He has made a discovery, he realized that if he grabs his hair and pulls, it hurts and he crys. What a smart boy!!!

My Due Date

Well today was my due date, and boy am I glad Parker is already two weeks old. We are all doing well. Looking forward to him getting over this cold. The second child, poor thing, doesn't stand a chance of staying well.

Bike Riding!

Now that the weather is getting a little cooler, we have been trying to get out and walk. Ruthie loves to ride her bike while we walk. She is so big!
