Picture Time!

March and April have been super busy - we've been having so much fun on the days when it finally feels warm and sunny. St. Patrick's day was fun - Addy had to build a leprechaun trap (or daddy did) and got to wear her "kiss me I'm fabulous" shirt :). Matthew got to go swimming for the first time as well! He loved the water and loved splashing around. Easter was also fun - Adeline got to hunt for Easter eggs and Matthew got to eat them :) I love these kids to pieces!

And Kevin and I are enjoying every minute of it!

Happy Birthday Matthew!!

So today my baby boy turned 1!! I can't believe how fast this first year has gone. He is such a fun little boy. He is always smiling and happy. He has been walking for a couple months now and is pretty much a pro :). We had a super fun birthday party and he totally got into the cake. I am so grateful and so blessed to be his mommy. I love my little family so incredibly much!

It's been another long time....

So maybe I should just plan on updating the blog every couple months, because apparently monthly just does not happen. :) So here it goes - quick highlights of what we've been up to.

November - We had family pictures taken with my side of the family. I think they turned out really good, despite it being freezing outside.

December - Christmas was an absolute blast! It was really the 1st year Adeline really got into it and was ripping into the presents and screaming with excitement. Matthew loved ripping the paper :) We saw Santa like 5 times too.

January - "Show week" in gymnastics. Adeline got to show off all of the cool skills she has learned this term in gymnastics.

February - We went to Rexburg for my friend Melissa's baby Lylah's blessing.

Catching up!

So I haven't posted anything in like 4 months, so here is a quick update. We had such a fun summer! We played at the pool, we went boating, we had a family reunion, and played a lot of softball!

Matthew is 4 1/2 months old now and growing like crazy. He is 20 pounds and a very happy, chill little boy. Adeline started preschool this week! My baby girl is getting so big. She got to pick out her new backpack and her new school shoes and outfits.
