Classic Water Park

This was the perfect place for a mom alone with 3 smaller children. I could watch the kiddie pool and Gabe and Isabel come down the slides at the same time. Perfect! Plus they let you go down with kids on your lap so I got to take a turn with all of them, even Weston. They only have 4 slides but its inexpensive and low key which was great.

Lagoon

Grandma Mary treated us all to a day at Lagoon. I have to admit that for someone who isn't a big fan of the place, it ended up being a complete blast. Plus, with the exception of Gabers, we had every single person in the Blackburn family there. Every now and then vacations overlap between his two families and there's nothing we can do about it but I'm pretty sure he was having a blast where he was at. I also took him and the other kids again on our bounce backs.

Jeff acts tough but you should see him when he gets around Brianna- what a sweetie. Those two are the best of pals.

It's not often that you have all 4 Blackburn kids lined up so you have to capture it when it happens. (Jeff, Alyssa, Jeremy, and Marc)

This was the best we could do lining up all the grand kids. We have 2 boyfriends in the picture too which of course, neither girls are with now:)

The kids went nuts over the river ride. There wasn't a line since it was the end of the day and I think we went 3 times in a row. Even Weston was tall enough to go.

7 Peaks

We joined the other thousands of Utahns and invested in the pass of all passes. We actually got our money's worth and had a lot of fun.

4th of July

I guess I wasn't in picture taking mode but we did have a fun Independence Day party. Marc and I had just finished putting together what felt like the playgrounds of all playgrounds to us. Two 10 hour days of constructing and another day and half of staining. We are still up in the air on whether or not it was worth it. But the kids have had fun with it.

Bear Lake

Alyssa and Dave were nice enough to invite us to their parents place at Bear Lake. It was so nice! Their house sits right on the lake so we can come and go as we please.

These two were pretty much double trouble. (Weston and Tayon)

Poor Cater had to rescue all the kids. It was no small task, they had floated out quite a ways and they were zero help to him. The poor guy was exhausted. On the bright side, he is growing into quite the nice young man. Not only did he willingly help, but I was impressed by his biceps!

This is pretty typical- the older two wiped out while the King in the middle kicks back with his choice of movies.

Those "moments"

Isabel's first Cavit-ies! That's right, not one but 6. Awesome! Not my genetics, that's for sure!

I'm embarrassed to say this is not an infrequent occurrence. He doesn't stop going until he sits down to eat and well, then it hits him I guess. How he hangs on the chair asleep like that is beyond me though.
