In case you are wondering why I haven't posted anything in a while, it's because I can't get dumb blogspot to download any of my pictures. So, I have lots to post, I just don't want to post them without pictures. Is anyone else having this problem or it a problem with my dumb computer?
(of course right after I posted this post...it let me upload a few pictures. What's that old saying? You have to admit you have a problem before you can fix the problem. Weird!!)

19 Years.....WOW!

On February 20th, 1993 at 2:00 PM in the Portland, OR temple - Masood and I were married for time and all eternity.
That was 19 years ago today. We may be a little heavier, have a little less hair, and look a tad bit older, but we have a 4 AMAZING kids and a wonderful life. We hope to have many, many more years together!
Happy 19th Anniversary to us!!

Valentines Day 2012

Our day didn't start out too exciting, but as the day went on, so did the fun.
I came home from work, to find our kitchen had been given a "heart attack" from the Sister Missionaries. Oh, and the flowers and bear weren't for me - they were for another pretty girl that lives at our house.

The fun part of our evening, was that Masood, Aryan, Mariah and AJ got to go to the temple together that night. It was AJ's first time and he loved the experience. He will always remember that his first time was on Valentines Day.

That left Shayla and I home alone. I asked her if she would be my date for the evening. We went to Panera Bread for dinner of soup and bread and then rented and watched "Dolphin Tail" together. I LOVED just spending some one on one time with her.

I usually make Strawberry Crepes for dinner on Valentines Day, but this year we had to have it the day after. No one cared. It doesn't matter what day you make Strawberry Crepes....they still taste AMAZING!!!

Good Bye Friend

I met Cora Blake even before Mariah did. We were both sitting on the soccer field watching tryouts and she was talking to her cousins in Utah. I was listening to her conversation and I was wondering if she was a Mormon. Sure enough she was. Mariah met her in school and even though they were in different wards, Mariah and Cora became good friends. They had just moved here from Utah a few month before we did. But now they have gone back to Utah and we are super sad. Cora has been a great friend to Mariah and we will miss her tons!

Good bye Cora....save a bed for Mariah for when she comes out to Utah to visit you!
