Young Love

It is a rarity for me that I ever get excited about music anymore. Until I saw that one of my few favs is coming out with a new album in a few short weeks. I first came across Mat Kearney on a flight to Virginia on JetBlue. He was performing on some concert series and I feel in love with his beautiful mix of lyrics and the ocassional rap included perfectly. Young Love is his 3rd album and from the preview on iTunes, I have listened to a bunch of times, I cannot wait for this to come out on August 2nd.

my DREAM house!!

One of my most favorite movies is Pixar's UP.

I tear up everytime I watch it with the Ellie & Carl montage. It is so sweet.

I love all of the bright and vibrant colors they use throughout the movie and was so elited when I saw that the movie house was created in real life!

I would purchase this in an instant!

Love it!

Happy 4th!

Happy 4th of July!

On the 4th Day of June, I Turned 25.

For my birthday this year, I was lucky enough to spend the day with my parents.

We went to Victor/Driggs and up to Targhee National Forest.

Here we are at the Spud Drive In with a Giant Potato.

This was high on my birthday to do list. :-)

Good Ole' Idaho Potatoes Y'all.

Next we drove up to Targhee National Forest to see the backside of the

Grand Teton Mountains.

Snow still present in June.

We then spotted a moose in it's natural habitat.

Then I had my own visit to a natural habitat.

So embarrassing!

It's the walk of shame.

This was NOT on my birthday to do list.

Then we had Jimmy John's for lunch by a beautiful river.

Birthday person.

Wonderful company.

And the day was finished with angel food cake with berries & cream.
