Phnom Penh in Cambodia manages to deliver 100% on supplying water 24×7 to all its consumers, Jakarta in Indonesia 92% and Vientiane in Laos 50% — all with lower per capita availability of water than Delhi’s. The Jal Board’s score is 1%.
