There are two similar kind of speeches on this topic. First is this speech by Lars Nyberg of Riksbank and second is by Subir Gokarn of RBI.
Nyberg looks at many more issues and is on the technical side. Gokarn’s is an easier read and is like a primer on the several issues and has an emerging markets perspective.

RBI released its latest inflationary expectations survey of Households conducted on Sep-10.
