FAQ
Q: Does this course offer certification?
A: The learners fully involved in all activities will receive the certificate of attendance and completion from Mozaic Works. For the Scrum Alliance certificate, look at the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) courses Mozaic Works offers. Know however that many of the learners to this practical hands-on course are CSM graduates that come back to us for a deeper understanding and a better practical advancement as Scrum Masters on the agility path.
Q: Can you do this course in person?
Yes, definitely! However, the online version tends to result in better learning outcomes, since it’s distributed over 4 afternoons and allows for more reflection and more time for the new learnt information to sink in.
Q: How is the online delivery of the course structured?
The course is structured in 4 live sessions of 4 hours each. All sessions are highly practical, with lots of exercises and hands-on activities guided by one of our senior trainers and advisors. Our clients usually ask for consecutive sessions, but an ideal delivery would include two sessions per week with practical assignments between them. A sample of brief assignment: each Scrum Master can apply the new learnt format of one-to-one meeting with one of the developers from the team after learning the technique and debrief the results for feedback and improvement with the trainer. After the live sessions, the participants have access to the entire program on the Mozaic Works learning platform for 90 days.
