Last night this chinaman was playing dai dee at a friend's house when i suddenly realised its gonna be OUR TIGER year( well most of us). wooot! straight away i scoured the web to find out which direction to greet the choi san (god of wealth). so this year it was northwest from 11.30pm to 1.30am. VERY GREET HIM FOR TWO HOURS NON STOP( ok maybe got stop here and there to play some dai dee). Then as the night progressed so did my winnings in dai dee. EEEHHHH HAD THE GOD OF WEALTH FINALLY ANSWERED MY PRAYERS????? According to feng shui master David Koh from the star newspaper (LOL), " you will know if the choi san is with you for the year if u get richer during the next 24 hours. It must entail a durian runtuh event and not like getting your salary." So i thought hmmm maybe he is with me!!! then i balik rumah at 2am. Suddenly i remembered i had lotto to check!! So ngam i had an online account since a few weeks back and ive been buying my tickets online ever since. Soooo, i checked the website which read "Jackpot won in Auckland", "One of the winners bought the ticket online" ............ ........... .......... HOLY SHIT!!!! I was damn excited. I tried to log on my account but it read "Online services are unavailable from 12am to 6.30 am due to security purposes" ......... ....... ........... ........ .......... HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLYYYYYYYYY SHIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!! SERIOUSLY????? So what else is a chinaman to do at 3am but to sleep????? so i slept, woke up at 9am, checked my tickets, DIDNT WIN, went back to sleep, woke up, made pizza for lunch, have a 40 page report due tomorrow and i havent started writing it yet. then again.... HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we met and she killed 2 prawns

Selamat tahun baru semua!! the Ruo and I met up! In Shinjuku! Friggin Shinjuku!!! She's super japanified!! then again, who wouldnt want to be? Japan's awesome. AWESOME. and damn ruthless...to their seafood. Its Hachiko! I just woke up so go wiki it if u tak tau. Very headache while making this post. Had a nightmare. Ju-on crawling out of the toilet to kill me. So we went to this real expensive restaurant and had some hot pot set. Damn friggin expensive. but it was nice. with clam spoons. Its tempura. I'm sleeepy but gotta go to work sigh... Anyway back to the trip. Then this aunty waitress came and said something in japanese. Ruolin's translation :"Do you want your prawns cooked or alive?" Me thinking alive=sushi said "ALIVE" and HOLY SHIT she brought two friggin livin prawns! for a while i thought she expected me to eat the damn thing still living and all (which would have been pretty fresh). But yeah as you can see she just took one and drowned the bugger in hot soup (which i assume can only be slightly less fresher than eating it still alive). sad sad sad. The aunty said "must hold it down if not it will jump". HELL YEAH who wouldnt jump from drowning in a hot pot??? anyway it was a damn nice catchup, though i expect to see more of you (yes you ruolin) when i go exchange to keio. HOHOHOHOHOHOHOHO! I've got some videos as well but knowing me i'll prob upload it like what...3 years time? take care all! PEACE

Today, I was trying very hard to remember; did we have a pantry/ kitchen in HCIBS? what facilities did we have there? I know for sure there was a water cooler, but were there any cooking facilities?
