More Wedding Pictures!

I am sure so many of you have just been holding out-waiting for me to update with my mom-in-laws pictures. Well--I have finally had time to sit down and upload them. BEWARE- Lots of pictures to follow:

While we were staying at the beach for the wedding, my boys had lots of down time to play with Gumbea. They went to the beach one morning and had a FANTASTIC time. Brought home more shells than we could keep and more sand than I wanted to keep!

Fatz and Neil joined them while us girls had a morning of pampering with nails, toes and lunch!

 I simply adore this picture.

My littlest baby getting so grown. Stop growing up.

These two love to explore things together. They were playing with their shadow.

Waiting for the wedding to start. Hard to entertain two little ones and not get their clothes messed up.
Image
Ready to walk down the aisle. It was absolutley freezing outside at their wedding. I mean like my knees were knocking freezing. Nose dripping. You get the picture. COLD.
Image
My aunt Nancy. We are kind of alike. My granddaddy used to tell me I should have been her daughter.

 All the cousins.

The hubs and me. He was a good sport all weekend. He's not much for weddings (except his own) and certainly just went with the flow.

Image
Couldn't get this one off the dance floor. LOVED it. He was a hot, sweaty mess all night. He would take short breaks then go back to dancing. Star of the show.

A long wedding weekend!

First off, I had three glorious days off from work. Enough said. It was well worth it! The wedding went off without a hitch and the mr. and mrs. are back from a week in Paris!

Image

We are standing from oldest to youngest- left to right. ha! No really- the bride, Sarah, in red, and my lil sis Anna in the middle. I happen to be the oldest. yikes.

Image

The first night we were there, we had a Gurley/Tracy family dinner at the beach house. It was so good to visit with my aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents. Not to mention my sweet mom-in-law came along for the trip to help babysit. She is a part of the fam! Couldn't have done it without her.

Image
The sister bride, hubs and me. He is actually smiling! Yippee for me. I love these two with all my heart. They both make me happy.

Image

We found a few extra minutes to squeeze in some time to visit with my bestie, her hubs (one of my besties from hs too!), and their sweet baby boy. I could eat him up. Wish we lived closer so we could experience being mommys together. We did ALL things together when we were in hs. LOVE.HER.TO.PIECES.

The rehearsal dinner was lovely. At a great restaurant in downtown Charleston. We dressed in our best and hit the town. It was great to see some of Ryan's family and celebrate their soon to be vows!

 My mom, sister, and cousin

My lovely sisters. They got the looks. And brain if you want to be honest.

Image

All of my parents grown kids. Minus Ryan. Don't know where he was.

Just us being us. A very short, few hours after this, we were getting our hair done and squeezing into our heels and dresses. It was fun to be together and get ready. My boys were with their Gumbea being spoiled and would soon arrive at the wedding. For more pics...see my momin-laws blog (Shirla Mullins). I hope to steal them when she gets here tomorrow with her camera. Stay tuned...there will be more wedding pictures. I am sure everyone (1 person) reading this is sitting on the edges of their seats. I will say- I think my oldest little man had the best time at the reception. He showed us a few moves on the dance floor.

Thanksgiving...at Christmas...and birthday boys ALOT late!

Image

So I have lacked the blogging motivation easy, but thanks to my sweet friend Jennifer- I have hope! I just feel like no one reads this anymore but at least she does!! Yeah!
Where to begin. Thanksgiving was very low key with just my bunch and my parents. We were leaving just a few short days later to head to SC for my sister's wedding.

Image

I never miss out on a photo opportunity so I of course had to grab the camera when these two were willing! The big one will smile for the camera- the little toot, not so much! Bribery at its best!

Image

This littlest love of mine turned two before Thanksgiving. He is a MESS. He hit his twos with a vengence and hasn't looked back since. The looks are deceiving. He seems sweet, but deep down there is a wild, mean streak in him. Neil says he gets it from me, I say he gets it from him. Humf. He eats a ton and will try anything. He is like a sponge and says something new everyday. A huge mama's boy. Like I have never seen before. Crazy huge. Loves cars, balls, throwing things. We are actually potty training this week of break and he is doing so well. My baby is growing up!

Image

I adore them. They make me smile...most of the time!

Image

This bug turned five at the beginning of December. Weird. I still remember his birth-day like it was yesterday. I don't feel old enough to have a FIVE year old. wow. I did find a few gray hairs which I am sure he is responsible for. I feel like most days I am talking with a 15 year old. His reasoning skills and vocabulary are way beyond his years....and mine most of the time. His questions always keep me on my toes. He is reading and doing so well with it. He reads his books with me each night and loves to find things out and about that he can read. I am so proud of him.

Dress Up Time~

Image
Just recently, we got to celebrate a sweet little girl's birthday at the pumpkin patch. Afterwards, we spent the day at daddy's work enjoying their family day.
Image
Last night we put on our costumes and went to our church's Trunk-or-Treat. Big brother was SUPER excited to dress up and get some candy. He was a storm-trooper from Star Wars. Have I mentioned how obsessed he is with Star Wars? OH MY!
Image
Little brother was not NEAR as excited to say the least. He endured this costume, but for the most part ate candy right near my side all night. I will say that he made a cute Spiderman anyways.
Image
Of course we found our Little Mermaid. Oh, how we adore her and her (lobster) sister and all of her family!
Image
I will say it was hard to do alone since daddy was at work and I was fearful all night I was going to lose one of my super heroes in the large crowds. We collected some candy, ate some hotdogs, jumped in the air castles, and called it a night!

So I turned 3-0....

Image
We celebrated my birthday and it wasn't so bad turning 30. Thought that I would be a little more apprehensive, but so far it hasn't been so bad. I got to celebrate with all of my boys and then some friends with cake and icecream.
