Amberly is one!!!

Amberly just turned one today. She has been so good this week. She smiles and laughs a lot more this week. She has been eating a lot. Her favorite words are mam mam (means eat in Thai), pai pai(go), Da-da. She has been walking since she was 9 months old. Now she is running!
We are so proud of her and love her very much.
Another exciting news for this month is we are going to Thailand! I can't wait to show my family my two beautiful kids!

Our new business (Net's kitchen)

Some of you may already know that I have been busy with our new cooking business. We are taking orders for Thai food every other week, so I have been busy cooking, making recipes, and taking pictures of the food so I can make the menu and send it out. It has been a good learning experience for sure. I love doing it. It is a lot of work for sure, but it is good to be busy too.
A lot of people asked me if I would like to have a restaurant in the future. I don't know, I just love being home and still making some extra money. My goal is not that big yet. For now I really enjoy what I am doing. I just have to thank Mike who is our delivery guy. Ty also loves to go with his daddy because of the funny GPS's voice.

8 monts old

Amberly is 8 months old. It is so much fun to have a daughter. I love her big cheeks. She has been crawling. She loves to play with Ty. It seems like he is the only one who can make her laugh. Ty loves Amberly. One of his favorite things to say is "I love Amberly mommy," "She looks beautiful today."

Halloween 2010

I thought this year Ty will be excited about Candy. Nope he is still the same like last year.

Me: Ty, "Say Trunk or treat".
Ty: silent....
Me: That is a good one, Take it Ty (whisper in to his ear)
Ty: "I don't need candy. My bag is so heavy" VERY LOUD!! (He had about 5 suckers)

Let see if next year will be better.

6 months old Amberly

Life has been good. Amberly is fun. She loves her brother. Ty is doing very well. He always asks if Amberly was looking for him when he was at school. Amberly is a good reminder of the love that Heavenly Father has for our family. We love her so much!

Ty's Birthday party

 

 

 

 

It is hard to believe that Ty is 5! We had a birthday party for him today. I think he enjoyed seeing his friends, and I enjoyed seeing my friends too. Thanks for coming!

It has been an emotional week for me, sending him to school. The first day was not that hard because they let us go inside with him and listen to a story. They even fed us donuts! The principal came and welcomed us. It was a good feeling to know that he will be in a good hands. Mike took half a day off to take him to school. We didn't cry! I was happy to go shopping with Mike and to get ready for the party.
The second day was a little bit harder than the first day because I took him to school by myself. They have to stay in line to get in to the classroom. As soon as he waved good bye I cried.

He is doing so good. He loves his teacher, Miss Teolyn. When he came home the first day he said "My teacher taught me about EVERYTHING. She loves me and she is a mom too."

It was hard to see other kids who don't have their mom or dad with them on the first day. I have been thinking a lot about how much Ty knew about the gospel, and I have seen other kids has no idea about this thing. I just feel like I should be nicer to my neighbors and love other people more. I feel like those little kids who are going to school are so precious.

I can't tell you how much I love my family and how grateful I am to know that I will be with them forever.
