Just like you…

The older Will gets, the more and more he idolizes Brooke. He literally wants to do EVERYTHING she is doing! And, he gets MAD if he can’t! He watches her every move and follows it the best that he can. Its really cute! (And sometimes a little frustrating for both him and me when there are just some things he can’t do!)

ImageHere, they are showing off their tatoos (and drinking smoothies!) …Brooke got one from the dentist, so Will had to have one too!  You can see Will looking adoringly at his sister!

Go Team!

Labor day weekend was a sporting events weekend for us…

Brooke and Jason attended the miserably hot MU football game on Saturday.

She looks thrilled, doesn’t she? Aunt Arianne went too and Grandpa and Uncle Jason met them at the game. Contrary to what the pictures look like, I think she did have a decent time, despite the heat.

Sunday we decided to go to our one and only Royals game of the summer. It was a beautiful day so very enjoyable even though the game wasn’t so much. Susan and Oliver joined us and the kids had a good time eating all the ball park snacks they could manage to talk us into!

our little monkey…

Will is such a little monkey.  We keep finding him in places he’s not supposed to be…like on TOP of a picnic table, on the edge around our bath tub (see below) and most recently, in his high chair…yes, he climbs into his high chair by himself! [We do have it lower so we can pull it up to the table, but still…the fact that he even thought to try to do that…]

Preschool/Pre-K

Since we will be taking “real” first day of school pictures starting next year, I figured we better get a preschool one as well. This wasn’t really the first day but it will work! Brooke is at the same school she has been since we moved here. She is in a 3-5 y.o./pre-K class. She loves school!

Henry & Tyler’s Bris

I was so happy I was able to take a quick trip to St. Louis for Henry and Tyler’s bris. It was great to spend the afternoon with Drew and the babies and see family at the bris. They are growing fast and doing great! Brooke can’t wait for the next time we go in so she can meet them!
