I’m Nicole Ahmed, a public-health trainee based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. I’ve been writing this blog for a long time now, as a sort of journalling exercise, and sometimes to get some of my ideas out there in to the virtual ether – ready for consumption by anyone who may have a passing interest in the ramblings of an untamed, and chaotic person. Maybe one day I’ll unify my thoughts into some grand theory of everything, or find some direction in life – but for now welcome to my mind palace – a most untidy, hoarders home.
