As many of you may know, these past 4 or 5 years I have really struggled with my weight. I have been unhappy with the way I looked and my joints were super unhappy with me! In March I decided to take control and find myself again. I started a program in hopes that losing some weight would help with my RA and make getting pregnant in the future a little easier. Well, I have now lost close to 40 pounds and I feel pretty fantastic! I am still on my RA medication, but I can tell that the swelling has gone down in my joints and I am hopeful that I won't be COMPLETELY miserable when I do get pregnant..(which won't be for another year or so.. sorry if I got anyone's hopes up!) haha.
Most importantly I feel like I have regained my confidence and have learned new habits of health that will help me to keep the weight off and maintain my healthy weight. Looking at my before and after pictures this morning brought tears to my eyes because I couldn't believe how far I had come.
I was trying to decide if I should post pictures... because of where I work, I sometimes feel like a hypocrite for feeling good about losing weight. But the reality is, I shouldn't be ashamed of the fact that I have taken control of my life and decided to embrace a healthy lifestyle! I haven't been this happy with myself in over 5 years and I kind of want to shout it from a mountain top.
I absolutely love this program and have decided to start coaching and mentoring friends and family that want to find their own optimal level of health. This program is so great and it WORKS!
If you have any questions about the program send me an email and I'd be happy to tell you about it!
