The Zapier add-on needs to be installed and activated to see the features mentioned in this this documentation.

Configuring Ninja Forms – Zapier

Zapier now helps create the zaps for you! There is no more need to pick Trigger and Action. Just tell it what you’re up to and it does most of the setup work for you. All that is required is our Zapier add-on and an account on Zapier.com.

Please note that we’re providing these instructions as a courtesy. They may change if Zapier decides to update them. If you have problems on the Zapier site you should reach out to them for support.

1. To start login to your Zapier account (https://zapier.com/app/login) and in the section that says ‘Start From Scratch’ choose ‘Zap – Automated Workflows’.
   
2. Once Co-Pilot loads you’ll be asked to describe your workflow. You can use real world language here like “I’d like to connect Ninja Forms to Pipedrive” and click the Start building button.
   You still do have the option to select your triggers, without using Co-Pilot, if you wish.
   
3. You’ll see Zapier detailing the things it is doing on the left side of the screen as it builds the connection for you.
   
4. Once the Zap has been created, you can prompt Co-Pilot to help you with further steps.
   The next step is important in completing the configuration of the Zapier action within your Ninja Forms.Copy the Zapier webhook to your clipboard.
   

1. 1. Open your form and go to “Emails & Actions”. Click “Add new action” and select Zapier.
   2. Paste your webhook (the URL you just copied) into the “ZAPIER WEB HOOK” field.
   3. Click “DONE”, then click “PUBLISH”
   4. Preview your form, fill it out, and “Submit”
   5. Back to your Zapier account page, click “Test Trigger”

1. Zapier will search for your test submission, and sync your form. You should see your test submission show, like this:
   

(Note: Whenever you modify your form’s field settings, you’ll need to re-sync your changes with Zapier.)

That’s it. Zapier now recognizes all of your form’s fields. You can now finish setting up your zap. Choose your Actions, and assign what data you need to the proper place.
