below are the things i did when i was emotionally uncontroll (which is now), and at the stake where my head spins and ready to explode.
- play, play and play. one way to get rid my stress is by go to the sport complex and play. pingpong, squash, futsal, swim, badminton and anything crossing me. when i am exhausted, and sweating, and hot, the problem will be wash away, hopefully, for a moment.
- eat. went out to any good restaurant and eat, as much as i can, until i can see veins, nearly burst on the surface of my belly. makan macam babi yg lapa tak makan setahun.
- football. run, snacth and tanduk the ball in the evening. and it is better if i can score or kekeng someone. run until no energy left, and sweats like drain. lebih baik kalau dapat kekeng my best bolasepak buddy, either payehs or jamel or xaki kes kes kes.
- korea drama, japanese drama. waste my time on the seats, pointing eyes on the screen, with earphones plugged, fantasizing about the actor and actress. i felt like i was away from this cruel world, submerged into fantasy and script’s world.
- sleep like orang mati, or orang yg xde arah tujuan hidup, or orang yang xde masa depan.
- be a gay. dh cuba selama 4 hari, mcm xde hasel pon, tggu lg 3 hari nk cukupkan seminggu.
i had tried those, but none works really well. there must be something i could do to make myelf in peace.
