Field Trip to Gig Harbor Peninsula Fire Station!!

On Wednesday, May 18th, Elizabeth and her preschool class went to the Gig Harbor Peninsula Fire Station for a field trip!

Puppy Love

Meet Buster!

This little cutie pie is the newest member of our family!

We knew the girls needed another dog soon, and I found this little guy!!

He is a toy labradoodle, and is 11 weeks old!

We finally have another dog...YAY!!!

I really had no idea how the girls would do with a puppy, but as you can see...they are smitten with the little guy!

And, I never dreamed that Carley would be rolling around on the floor with a puppy this soon.

He is the cutest and SWEETEST little thing...I had no idea how attached I would get to a puppy!

Again, Carley is consumed with chasing, playing, petting, kissing, and loving all over Buster! She looks for him as soon as she gets up in the morning and from her nap...it makes her day to see him!

A Day in the Sun!

Elizabeth! 4 1/2 years old!

She is such a SWEET little girl, and so loving! She has loved having a little sister to dote on and help teach! She makes friends so easy and is a social little butterfly! She can't wait to start kindergarten next year! She specifically is looking forward to the library at school! :)

Carley! 19 months!

I can't say enough about what a ham this little girl has become! She has such a funny personality and just adores her older sister! She is definitely her own personality and we have loved to watch how much she learns and grows every minute!

Elizabeth has been watching for my tulips to come up and was so excited when they bloomed! Maybe we need to start a garden!

Easter weekend!

We started the weekend off at Emerald Down horse races with some good friends!

On Saturday we got up early and headed about an hour north of Seattle to Mount Vernon, WA to see the beautiful tulip fields!!! It was a beautiful day and warm enough to leave the jackets at home :) It was a perfect Saturday!!!!!!

After seeing all the tulips we decided to go into the cutest little town on the water called La Conner, WA. We had lunch at the LaConner Brewing Co., and then walked around the town!

Happy Easter! It was a very relaxed Easter for us! We went to the early service at 8 a.m. and then had a friend over for Easter lunch. So, the girls did not hunt eggs until after nap.

Hawaii!!!!!

We took at quick trip to Hawaii with the girls the second week in April to get some much needed sun and warm weather! We stayed at the Hale Koa on the Waikiki Beach, and had the most wonderful week!!! The girls were up early every day getting their swimsuits on to go play in the water! Elizabeth is still asking when we are going back to the beach :)

So excited to finally be here and play in the sand!!

We had some friends that live in Hawaii come over for swimming and pizza one night! We were so happy to catch up with our friends, and the kids had the best time playing together at the pool!!!

Our last night in Hawaii we decided to come in early and go out for dinner. We got the girls real flower leis to wear, and we were pleasantly surprised they did not tear them apart. They felt so special wearing the flowers!
