We are very lucky to have a great corn maze very near our house. It has become a yearly thing for us.
| He was so confused as to how he became stuck in a haybale. |
| They enjoyed the hay maze, at least these two did, Chunk was happy just to watch. |
| Quick one with all of them. |
| I am not sure how we decided that the 2.5 mile one was the one to do, but we did and almost did not make it out. Just ask Chunk. Someone said it was going to be cool this days, but were they wrong. We about died of heat inside the maze. |
| Started out good, everyone walked with happy attitudes. |
| Had a little fun while waiting for other to figure out the clues. |
| Found some shade to cool off a little. |
| Removed excess clothing. |
| And 2 hours later made it too the corn crib, yea! |
| He need to lay down after all that carring of mommy and all. Even Chunk is happy to be in the corn crib and out of the field. |
| Corn pie anyone? |
| They added a lot of new things this year, like the corn kernnal crib and this cool cow tractor ride, the boys loved it. |
| Hanging out in the pumpkin patch waiting their turn on the wagon. |
| A ride on the "war-sees" as Little Stray calls them. They all really liked this. |
So next year I think we will stick to the one mile fun one, over two is just too much. Computer Geek ended up carriing Chunk, both of the little ones wanted me, it was crazy. Thanks to Big J who was along to help and take picutres, would not have made it with out you. Some popcorn and nachos we were back in good graces. Even though naps were missed and mom and dad promise to plan better next year, it was all in the name of good fall fun.
