The Party!!

It started out as a little bit of a chilly day, after a week of high temps, but no one complained to much (aka Chunk-A) hee hee.   I was thrilled when T-Monster decided to have another water party at home for his birthday, lots of work but great to be able to stay home and control the cost a little bit.

We had water balloon toss, I mean war.

and one large cookie cake that was gone  faster than I could cut it.

Look who's 8!

Can not believe my oldest baby is 8!

At eight years old, you are still one high maintenance mess.  Super scary smart, can remember bible verses just by looking over them on the way to church. Still think tantrums can get you your way.   Love to get your little brothers and sisters all hyped up, rather get them into trouble than to be a role model.  I am starting to see you calm down and become more helpful.  Video gamer, skateboard rider, basketball lover, can not wait to down load your newest game, excited about not having ride in a car seat, grown over 4 inches and gained 10 pounds this year, up three shoe sizes and went form a 7 slim to a 10 regular, wow! My big boy is really a big boy now.  You like to tell me that your family does not love you, I tell you "if we didn't love you we would not put up with all your crap", that makes you smile.  You are a mess and we love you for it.  Hope you have a great 8 year birthday, all week long, LOL.
