The Park

We have enjoyed the park this summer since we don't have a yard yet. I'm so grateful that we have such beautiful parks and my favorite is canyon park with all the beautiful trees, shade and water. The kids absolutely love being outside and it has been so nice we had to take advantage.

Baby Averi

Meet our new addition and our last addition baby Averi or as Ashlin calls her baby Avi. She was born June 9 and weighed 7 lbs. 2 oz 20 inches long. We love little Averi!

Arbor Day

Happy Arbor Day everyone! The kids and I went to Arbor Day out in Enoch today and it was so much fun. It was a gorgeous day today and they got to help plant a tree. Then They had cookies and water for everyone and a special drawing for the adults which of course I didn't win anything but it was still fun. The kids however got to pick a tree and Ashlin picked an american plumb and Jordan picked a blue spruce tree. I hoping tommorrow Nate can help them plant their trees in the yard. I didn't get pictures because face it going by myself 8 months pregnant with two small children involving carrying trees and cookies is enough to handle but here are some pictures of what their trees will look like and maybe tommorrow we will take some of them planting them!

Wow it's been a while

I guess I have been all blogged out lately. I just haven't been feeling the urge to blog at all so I haven't. I guess thats the joy of blogging you get to update when you want and share what you want with others. I have been trying to take more pictures of the kids and wanted to share what we have been up to lately...

Ashlin always falls asleep with her feet hanging out of the crib it is so cute. I had to take some pictures of her I love watching my kids sleep.

Jordan has been into babies since we are expecting and loves to play with Ashlin's dolls well I shouldn't say love but he plays with them from time to time (usually when Kyla is around).

We also have been taking advantage of the nice weather and went to the park with some friends when the weather was nice..lol Ashlin also has learned to drink from a straw ahh it's annoying haha

Jordan and Ashlin love to go see dad at work so while we were waiting for him to go on break I broke down and let them ride the little car at their fun place they thought it was fun even though it was kinda dumpy.

Ashlin loves to wear shoes it is seriously hilarious!! I laugh so hard everytime she does it. She takes it seriously too when they fall off she gets all upset. haha She also has been doing this tongue thing I'm not sure where she got it but still the same she sticks that old tongue out and tries to lick her chin. She is such a ham.

And last of all Jordan is quite the little caracter! He is getting so funny as he is learning new things. Every night I go through the house and collect all the things lying around and this is what I found tonight. His stool to his piano- which he uses to get into things he is not supposed to, his gloves- which he wear regularly to "work" in, his blankie- he drags those things around everywhere, a helicopter- he loves to play with his cars and planes, his "monster shoe"- i bought him these skull shoes at the dollar store and he is obsessed with them oh my gosh he wears them everywhere seriously I have thought of accidently losing them. I won't go into the other items but anyway he is such a cutie:)

Anyone have any newborn or 0-3 month baby girl summer clothes they want to sell?? I need some for Averi everything I have is winter. I am also selling all my boy clothes and bedding set and a lot of winter girl stuff if anyone is interested.

We found out that our baby is a little girl and we are excited. I managed to find bedding for Averi for 25 bucks it was a steal. Here are some pictures of the bedding set it is beautiful in person. The girls are going to share a room so I was able to find Ashlin big girl bedding to match I'm really excited to put everything together.

Ashlins Birthday

Ashlin turned ONE and turned into a whole new child. She is not as needy anymore and love to play with Jordan. She is sassy and now throws herself on the floor with tentor tantrums it's kinda funny. She is just a tiny thing coming in as the 18th percentile for her age but she is full of life and drama. We had a family party for her at our house and had dinner, cake and ice cream, and presents. It was a good night for our little princess. Thanks everyone for coming!
