SO LONG!!!

I was so CRAVING Bajio Salad and we went to go and get one and the store is CLOSED!!! NOOOOOO. I like Cafe Rio and everything but there is just something about the Bajio salad that I LOVE. Now that it is gone what will I do? I have found all the copycat recipes except one, the vinaigrette!! HELP if anyone knows or knows how to get one like it I pretty much NEED it.

So I am so in Love with Our ward's Young Women. School has just started for them and our Presidency wanted to do something for the girls and and this is what we decided! I think it is so cute. It is like a sack lunch, get it. The girls really liked it (mostly because it is filled with candy!) I got the idea here. Love it. Good luck this year girls.

Remember those out of control peach trees? Well here is about 2/3 of the peaches off of one tree. I have a fridge full of the rest that I probably need to freeze as well. I was not ready to can all of these this year (shame shame) but Next year they'd better watch out.

I was so nervous about this dutch oven blackberry cobbler/pie, turning out. I was crossing my fingers and hoping and it ended up pretty good. (not the best would have been better had I remembered cool whip) But Nick and Taylor ate it and liked it so to me that is a success.

Well Taylor leashed Lexi (after we told her not to) and then tried to play fetch with her while holding onto the leash so Lexi sorta dragged Taylor. Poor Kid. Dumb Dog.

But after some "special Milk" She was just fine.

It was a fun fast camping trip.

I love getting up into the Mountains, away from all the distractions of life. We had a great time and I love just being with my wonderful family. This was our first little vacation this summer and we loved it. Taylor has already asked me if we can go camping and fishing again. The one big bummer about this trip, our air mattress had a hole in it so in the middle of the night I was sandwiched between Nick and Taylor on a 1/4 blown up air mattress...Note to self, make sure air mattress works before using.

Foil dinners. I don't really like taking too much credit but I am going to brag about these....THEY WERE AWESOME!!!! We have pretty much perfected the art of the tin foil dinner.

Nicks was better than mine but it was good to have 2 different types.

Nick always has the weird ideas that turn out to be awesome. This one was roasting mushrooms over the fire then brushing them with butter and season salt, I think the biggest fan was Taylor, she loved them.

PEACHES!!!!!

Last year we had like 2 peaches but this year they went out of control! We now this summer we have had like 100. It is insane, I guess I will can them? Yikes
