Dilemma (cont')
Blogger/Wordpress/Livejournal?
Locking of blog entries
I want my blog entries to be locked individually with a password, for those that I just wna share with certain closer friends.
Blogger does not support this password-locking thing.
Livejournal allows locking but those posts are only available to my 'Livejournal' friends. Which equates that those of my friends who don't have a Livejournal account won't be able to access the posts.
& Also for Livejournal, once locked, the post title won't show to the public readers as well.
However, Wordpress' locking of posts system looks perfect to me. (:
Conclusion: Wordpress
Keeping track of friends' updates
Both Wordpress/Livejournal do NOT have this 'following' option like Blogger has.
Although Livejournal does show my (livejournal)friends' updates under the 'Friends' link, they would not link to my other friends who use Blogger/Wordpress/etc.
However, Blogger allows me to 'follow' my friends' blogs regardless of their blog host, & updates can be seen at the dashboard when I log into my account.
Conclusion: Blogger
Moods
Livejournal has this cute moods thing that I can select from a drop-down list, so for every post I can have a animated gif to indicate my motd(mood of the day, hahaha).
Whereas Wordpress & Blogger do not have this function.
I can say that there are individual websites to get the 'mood' gif & then I can just copy & paste into every post, but that's pretty troublesome. :
Conclusion: Livejournal
Layout
Wordpress would not allow me to change my layout, only the header.
However, Blogger & Livejournal allows me to customise the background/header/colors etc. Although Livejournal still has a certain format to follow, I don't mind because I'm okay with the one-columm thing. In face I love my Livejournal layout now, edited by myself. (:
Conclusion: Blogger/Wordpress
At this rate, I will never get my blog done...
Please give me suggestions, thanks! (:
Reasons to be cheeryjollyhappy!:
1. It's Saturday tomorrow!
2. Can't think of anything else
but anyway, there's ALWAYS a reason to be (: (: !

BUT when you want to do something, ONE reason is enough.'

A friend of mine poured a very big bucket of cold water on my dreams yesterday-_-. But if I give up so easily, then my dreams ain't worth fighting for. (:
