General Rules

  • Your entry must be painted entirely by you.
  • Be aware that your entries will be reposted on various platforms with your full credit.
  • You can enter each of the 4 categories once.
  • The final day for entries is 31st May 2026 (end of day) GMT.
  • Rules are subject to change.

Classic - Sci Fi

  • A Games Workshop miniature produced before the year 2000.
  • Includes Citadel Miniatures, Iron Claw, Marauder Minis etc.
  • ... Ask me (IG, YouTube) if you’re not sure.
  • Your entry must have a green base, ideally in the old (pre 2000’s) Eavy Metal style.
  • Alterations to conceal issues with the original sculpts are allowed.

Classic - fantasy

  • A Games Workshop miniature produced before the year 2000.

Classic - Freestyle

  • Any out of production miniature from Games Workshop or other large company.
  • Or any modern hand sculpted miniature in the Oldhammer style.
  • ...or a digitally sculpted miniatures in the Oldhammer style.

  • Any Oldhammer inspired artwork.
  • Physical or digital.
  • Go wild.

FAQ's

  • You can enter all categories but only once each.
  • All categories will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
  • In addition many other entries will be marked as commended.
  • Winners will be announced in June 2026 on YouTube.
