WCC Champions!!!

 Match point at Pepperdine to clinch the title of WCC Champions.

Congrats to the BYU Womens Volleyball team!  And congrats to S and H for an amazing season in the WCC.  We are so proud of them and all they have accomplished. Coaching is not easy and they have put so much time and energy into this team.  The girls have worked so hard and they deserve all the success they are having. What a great journey this has been and hopefully it keeps getting better.  They have so much potential and we are anxious to cheer them on in their NCAA tournament matches. Way to go and keep it up!! Go Cougars!

Grandpa

Grandpa "Andy" as we call him.....passed away on August 13, 2012.  He is so special and dear to us. He was full of life and love. This was one of the last pictures we took with him, on Father's Day 6/17/12 in Provo, Utah. We love you forever Grandpa!

FOUR GENERATIONS OF WOMEN

I truly count my blessings to be able to take a picture like this one. Not only the four generations but Elsie Jean Lifferth and Karalee Jean Lifferth are both named after my mother, Peggy Jean Andersen. It is a great tribute to my mother who is a grandmother to 26 and great-grandmother to 25. These to girls are her only namesakes. We love you Grandma Andy.

This is after Elsie's second full bath....1 week old. She is a very calm, patient little one and seems to sleep well at night so far......It is so sad for me that all 16 of my grandchildren live right here in the Utah area not far from each other. But for them it is a blessing to be close to each other. At least when I visit I get hugs and kisses from them all.

BABY GIRL LIFFERTH MADE HER ENTRANCE

Karalee again for the third time got an early special delivery. TWELVE days to be exact. And not only is she lucky enough to come early she took only two hours to get her here. AND little Elsie Jean is perfectly healthy and beautiful. A N D Karalee did it with no drugs...Great job!!!

Born: Feb 17 at 12:45am.....6 lbs..14oz....19inches...We are happy grandparents and are leaving early Sat. morn to head to Provo

TWO HAPPY MEN + ONE HAPPY DOG

We have been having some beautiful summer like weather. Shawn flew into Long Beach to do some recruiting for BYU Volleyball on Friday afternoon. He couldn't stand being so close to home so he made a quick trip to Carp for about 15 hours and drove back to Long Beach for business on Sat. We enjoyed his visit no matter how short.
