Hello everyone and thanks for the last post Robert. I have always appreciated the value of journaling (yes I just made up a word) but never have the motivation to do it. So here are random bits and pieces of the last few months that deserve to be posted....
Here are some highlights of our family vacation we did in April. I still can't believe how far we drove in such a short amount of time. It was worth it though.
We were able to visit Mount Rushmore...

Slept in the car... (the kids really loved that, This is just a reenactment picture.)

Visit family we hadn't seen in a long time. There is nothing quite like visiting Great Grandma and Grandpa. I think it is always a cool feeling when you have four generations in one room.

Yay for the weird mannequin outside the world's one and only Corn Place in the small town of Mitchell, South Dakota....

We drove through sun and snow, saw a lot of deer, antelope, and even wild turkey.
Then finally the initial purpose of our trip!.. Sarah's and Royley's wedding! Our good friends from the Cayman islands. It was so special for us to attend their sealing at the Bountiful Temple. They are a perfect couple. It was special to see a lot of other friends from the island that were able to attend too. Life long friends.

Good memories.
Here are a few highlights on Trey. I love these pics with this hat.

Trey is still such a happy kid. I hope he always stays so happy going.
This video is of when he started sitting on his own back in late April.
Then this one is of him beginning to crawl. He started army crawling about three weeks ago and now he is beginning to crawl on his hands a knees. Too cute if you ask me! :)
So these to pictures are of Juliana a few weeks ago. We met our ward up at a ward camp out they had just for the day. We went for a little walk to a trail that passed the lake where we found ourselves in swarms of mosquitoes.

We all got bit. Juliana got bit on her temple and looked fine the rest of the day. She must have itched it a lot that night because Sunday morning she woke up like this. The poor girl looked so sad with her fat eye. It was crazy to see her with it. I don't think she really appreciated me taking a picture of her with it.

While we are on Juliana I should throw in these two pics. I rearranged the furniture in the living room last week and at one point had to roll up the carpet to move the couch. The girls started playing in it and it made me laugh. I took these two pics and they made me laugh harder. They look so trippy.

We had a lot of fun trying to prepare for Father's Day. It was cute to see what the girls could and could not keep a secret. They actually did a pretty good job. Probably because mostly I didn't tell them what we got him but that is okay. :) It was super cute that the girls were old enough this year to create and color their own Father Day cards for Daddy. We got him a cordless drill (yay for man-toys :) and a personalized Happy Father's Day mug with photos on it of our family. We made his favorite breakfast for him in the morning and one of his favorite treats - chocolate covered pretzles. It was fun to have a special day for him. He works so hard for our future. You do so much for us Daddy! We had fun celebrating his birthday at the end of May too. We love you Daddy!!

hmm... what other random things could I show you?
This was fun...there is a carousel down the street that is old and cute. We went with
a bunch of our friends one day a

nd had a bla

st.

Whew... I think that is plenty for now. All in all we are all doing well and enjoying summer.
