How it should be

Image

I had a dream...

That I did a blog post. I am so tired that I had to check to see if I really did it. I didn't.

Off the Wagon

ImageAlright. Over the last 6 months or so I have been busy, (school, work, women). Anyway, one thing I did was fill in for a band Street Legal. I played my last show for them last week. It was kind of a relief since BYU is killing me. For a farewell present, I got a drum solo. I nailed it. Probably not. Anyway, it was way fun to play music again. Ok. Yes I am in class right now. Bye.

3 shelves

ImageBy Amy's request I will show you my new place. It is so awesome. No. Actually it is the same as exactly 50% of the tenants at Raintree. This is what the right side apartment looks like. (to see the left side just as Brooke). This is my room. There is a shady bed, a desk, and a dresser. Tyler also has a bed in here but his is as hard as a rock.
ImageThis is a bathroom.
ImageThis is a kitchen
Imageand this is two couches and a bean bag. Enjoy. No tv. One of my room mates has a huge tv in his room. He also took up 3 of the 4 shelves.

Black and Blue

ImageI live in Utah now, and some nights we write letters to friends we have forgotten exist.
Image...and sometimes Brooke's arm looks HUGE!
ImageWith out school I find myself being very bored. I woke up yesterday morning and knew I needed to do something productive. Luckily Kelsey just moved into a new house so I helped her a little.
ImageWe mostly played Dr. Mario and Frogger.

Eating a hot dog from both ends

ImageSome people get stressed out by doing one thing at a time. Not Brooke, she can't function without eating the hot dog from both ends.

Failure to ignite the candy cannon

ImageAlright, so I live in Utah now. I am already working and when I am not at work I spend every second I can with this girl ^ . You got to love those eyes. Anyway we have been keeping busy, mostly with kong cones, Texas donuts, mediocre pizza, and candy cannons. and I just realized that means everything we do involves food... dang. One night we went to a block party somewhere north of SLC. Lindsey, Brooke's sister, was playing a few tunes. I was under the impression this would be a huge block party like the one Tempe throws every year. It was not. They probably spent double the money though, it was amazing! Cotton Candy, face painting, bounce houses, snow cones, relish and cream cheese, rockets, kissing booth, ballon animals, hip hop violin, and... THE CANDY CANNON!

The candy cannon is easily the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. I really should have filmed it for you all. The candy cannon is a literal cannon filled with candy. Sounds like a great idea. The wise men running this informed us to plug our ears and began the countdown. Then the cannon ignited! ( I am not joking this really was a cannon, it was really really loud) Candy shot two stories into the air and the site was simply majestic. Then I thought to myself, that is most definitely coming back down on top of me. The whole crowd dove out of the way as burnt and smoking pieces of candy crashed down on top of us and the cars around. There may or may not have been a piece of the cannon in the potato salad. The candy was burnt and shattered beyond edibility. I have never laughed so hard. That is it.
