Wildlife in our back yard!

These posts are some of the wildlife we get to enjoy everyday in our little back yard. Some of the pictures are just the scenic beauty that surround me and I find it hard NOT to take a picture.  I feel so privileged to live where we live and get to experience spring time around the ranch.

They took him out of the Tree tagged him and put him back on the branch. 

There was a sibling to him but they could not find him.

So in between the kitchen projects we do manage to have a little time to take the kids to play!

Over a year!

Wow, it has been a long time.  I can just say thanks to Mandy and Teija, for updating their blog to make me feel a little pressure to do mine!!
 So here is our last year in a nut shell (ok it will not be a whole years worth just what I want to put in )

Before and Almost after.  We are SLOWLY working on the kitchen...

There was this kitchen that got torn out and put into a bed room.

Then we tore out the walls to put it back into a kitchen

We had to tear it out and do it all over again

So we tore out put some insulation,drywall, new electrical, paint, hardwood and

 cabinets in!

I don't have a picture of it completed yet because well... it is not done.  ALMOST!

Little Man

Here is a short clip of Trayger walking.  He just decided this week that he wanted to try something new. 

Grandma and Papa

Grandma and Papa came and visited us in February. It was great to have them here. The kids love to play with them and just have someone besides Mom and Dad to talk to .



Crew kept hiding when we were trying to take the pictures but you can see his little face in the hole.


Trayger just warmed right up to them and I am sure if he could talk would have wanted to go back to Idaho with Grandma and Papa, just like the rest of the kids.


Trayger even fell asleep with Papa. He was either really tired or just likes Papa.. (or Both)



Thank you both for coming. It is always so fun when you come and we are glad you make the sacrifice to come and spend time with us all.. Even if we get you sick every time you come :) We love you guys!

Smile!

Trayger is such a good baby.. he has a smile for everyone, and everything.
He was a little sick this week and even after throwing up he is smiling and laughing.
He is 7 months old now and just a spit fire! He does not like to hold still and LOVES food.
He loves Azlyn, Crew and Creed. His face just lights up when they talk to him. He has to
be so happy because everyone is always smiling at him.

Pure joy!

When you have not had family to live by for a while the meaning
of a "Family Christmas" just makes you happy.

We are so blessed to have such a wonderful family
and it just makes me happy.


The kids had such a great time playing with each other, I
don't think we even had any squabbles at all.

It was great fun to be around Pops and Vovo.

and Dad we had such a great time for Christmas.

Trayger and Pops...

I am so glad that I was able to spend time with my Grandma.
She is an amazing lady and I love her example. She is soon to be 91,
she is still sharp as a tac and just a ball of energy. She tells it like it
is and you never have to wonder where you stand with her.
I just love you Grandma.

BEAUTIFUL. we really missed Lisa being there with us,
but we will all be together in JULY!!
I just love all the family time we had during the holidays.
It really makes you appreciate having family around.
I just LOVE my family.
Over all it was a fantastic Christmas. Can't wait for the next one.
