January 17th Run:
Scheduled 13km run and it was a cold one but not as cold as it was at 9:00a.m (-27celcisu)…I opted to go around 11:30a.m and it had warmed up to -16 with a SE wind. Parts of my body are red :(….I am tired of the winter cold.

January 16th Run:
Scheduled 6km run turned into 8km….:)

January 14th Run:
Scheduled 6km steady run (keeping to a 7:08 pace)…succeeded in the pace….funny how I can do my steady but not tempo yet….it will come.

January 13th Run:
Scheduled 10km tempo (keeping to a 6:26 minute pace)…didn’t quite succeed but was consistent and got my time down a few minutes….I’m going to be fast (well, fast for me 🙂 )come the warm weather. I may have been dressed a tad too warm today 🙂

all that snow
cold weather
ummmmmm whilst I would love to live down the road from you…. I am not so sure now. although I could maybe be the one with the Hot Toddy at the end. 🙂
