ok im being super hardworking for other stuff but studying for my coming test..hoho..here’s a tag from wakdol.. 😛

  • exercising give me self-satisfaction, stress-free and fat-free i guess..hehe
  • i love to keep every single thing from my previous past, even it is a plastic bag and supermarket receipt.
  • i love myself to the extent i want to find someone who can love me like that..(hmm agk psycho and thats y aku still single kot.. :P)
  • if im bored and have nothing better to do, i like to clean the house or room or wherever i am at
  • im broke right now and wish i could get any loan or scholar like before then i could shop nike whenever i want..
  • oh having said that, i love nike stuff so much that i dont even fall for its imitations. coz the quality is just beyond satisfaction..heheh
  • ever since i grew my hair long, i realize ive spent so much money on it..not like few years back where i had short hair and saved lot of money on it. all i needed back then was only code 10 hair cream..hoho
  • my friends know a lot about me compared to what my family does..oh thats normal these days i guess
  • its easy for me to like someone but its hard to love someone

the mix feelings

have you ever felt that you have lost some friends when they have new friends and partners?

have i ever felt all of the above?

the answer is yes, i have. its not about me i want to talk about. im always alone in this world i realize. our life is like a road to our main destination and people around us are just the passers by and at a certain point of time, they will just dissappear from our life. when we take any turns or junctions we will surely meet new people, new surrounding and all. some people will tag along with us until whenever they want and when they see some other opportunities coming, they will hop off our vehicle and jump on the others. thats  the life i could see.

i’ve been up and down a few times before and honestly, im at the lowest point of my life now. Being a lone ranger myself, i dont feel that i need other people’s help. but in fact i really really really need them, just that its hard for me to ask as i know, they have other stuff to entertain to rather than solving my problems. well, im grateful that i was raised to be independent and be strong by myself. even at this lowest point, i could still hold myself together and try some new opportunities to bring it up again. or at least keep me busy rather than mourning about it. im also at the point where some of the passengers of my vehicle are going to take off soon and im just sad about it. i know that i cant hold them that long as they also have other interesting opportunities to grab. i will surely miss all the time we have spent together. oh did i say its not about me i want to talk to?..yikes! haha ok enough about it. hehe end of story~~

oh wait, before i forgot,  im offering my ride, who wants to board with me?? lalala~ im bored right now..enough of the sad2 thingy..i have a test this tuesday, need to study for it..yosh! oh n also a lab test on the following day. yea, february is coming and i guess i would be busy too in february with af grad nite, tshirt to pick up, more test coming, PGL theatre (thanks dolly for buying the tix but not sure how much have she bought), taekwondo friendly tournament (huhu really need to build up my stamina hence the jogging, gym and training sessions), capoeira training and open roda in titiwangsa (oh really looking fwd to it!! 😉 ) and what more?? haha man, i just couldnt sit and do nothing!! LOL aite, thats all the ramblings for today see ya! dont wanna be ya!! 😀

yes im chubby so what? haha i admitted that i was so chubby back then and still am i guess..here’s  a couple of pics of me and along with abg long during my 1st us-celebrated bday (my 19th kot) at somewhere in philly for snowboarding! i do look chubby in those pics dont i?

ok, at this point of time, i should have been studying peacefully but at about 15mins or so interval, she would come to me and complain about her weight, appearance, jealousy of other people’s beauty and what so ever..arghhh! i rarely write something bad about a person here but i’ve reached my limit..i have no one to talk to about this unless eja is here..i can be a good listener and also a bad one who just ignore what u say..if u keep talking about the same thing over and over again, telinga sape x panas dik..

you can share your problem with me or even ask my opinion, but ive told you a few times about this before yet you raise up the same questions and saythe same thing you’ve said before…huhuhuhuhu..seriously im sick of it. i subtly told her not to bother about others and try to get your own self confidence but i think she didnt get it..the topics she always talks about are guys, her ex, her scandals, her fatness, her aims to get slim and bla bla bla..to tasha, i think you know who she is..aaaaa!! now i prefer to lock myself out in my room..but then i cant really study in my room with this laptop open..sighs~~~she is so lucky to get me who sometimes can bear with her habit. oh this is madness!! i dont know how to stand all of this in the next few months!

again i forgot to do my duty on sending e-card for CNY sorry mr pres n vice pres..im such a lousy exco.. so whats new? nothing new..i didnt do much during the break and as usual, i hate holidays for i will be so passive at home..heh~n indeed right now..i dont really have anything to share here. cant wait to get back to uniten!! ahaha weird isnt it?

oh btw Happy Chinese New Year! mau ang pow! im still eligible to receive angpow remember! hoho

whats with the title?

one night when i walked back from upten to ilmu with tasha, she brought up this one question:

“nicky kan sebaye kak nissa, ayet sume..tp nicky sorg je tasha x panggil kakak..nicky xkesah ke?”

and my answer was:

“no lah xkesah langsung..i prefer it that way.”

when i was in high school, seniority was important and the juniors would get a ‘lecture’ from the seniors if they didnt call them ‘kak’. now being out of school and have been travelled half the world away, i realized those titles are not that important. people usually use that as to show respect. respect is something we have to gain, not by asking people to respect you. i admit that malaysia has a lot of protocols, and cultures to follow but why dont we just simplify things for a while.

calling people by just names is more cordial and we will get even closer to them. im not saying im westernized and stating that western is better than us but  im just taking the good things ive got from the other side. most of my supervisors age twice as mine but i only call them by their names, chris, sue, rudy and jeff..the respect is still there as they are older than me but the highlight is, we are like friends, eat together, tell stories and even gossiping. oh how i miss those moments.

compared to what i face in malaysia now, i cant really open myself to someone who are older (ni pangkat makcik2 n pakcik) since if we are overdoing something, they would say us as rude, do not respect them  and what not. our life has become so rigid and too formal i would say because of these protocols.

so to people out there, i dont mind you calling me just by name if you are younger than me, in fact i wont entertain whoever call me  kak..hahaha agak kerek but  its kinda weird hearing kak in front of my name so just nicky yea.. and an excuse to my ‘adik’ who sometimes call me ‘akak ensem’..hohoho tp die jela leh panggil, not the others.

allrity i think i’ve got to keyboard off (used to write pen off before when writing notes to adik2 comel..haha) now..until my next entry..tata~
